Archer's A/C

This was one of the best experiences that I've had in a long time with a service professional! Brent Archer had been referred to us by someone else who was happy so we called him to give us an estimate. He set up an appointment to come and inspect our place in a very timely manner. The day of the estimate he was held up on another job and was running late BUT he called to let us know what was happening and when he would be there.Turned out he was only about 30 minutes late but we really appreciated the phone call. The inspection was quick and he emailed us an estimate with 2 different options that same night. He was also knowledgeable about different types of filters and filter systems that could be added because we wanted to improve our air quality. Once we decided, he was able to schedule us the same week. Of course, that was right before the heat wave...The day of the installation not only was he on time, he was early. He brought extra help with him because of our stairs but didn't charge us extra. He gave us an estimate of how long it would take and he was right on. We have cats so the door can't be left open at all and everyone was very careful to make sure they shut the door and we didn't lose anybody. :) That's important to us! The crew that Brent brought was very friendly and polite. They were as professional as Brent. They worked hard the whole time. I'm not sure they even took a lunch. They finished on time and left everything just as they had found it. Everything was clean. All in all I highly recommend Archer's Air Conditioning and Heating. They were professional, knowledgeable, punctual, clean and friendly. Also the final cost was exactly what was estimated. What more can you ask?
