+ -1 moreWhen I requested an inspection for an unusual problem with flys and larva in one area of the carpet, Antimite responded with an annual service contract to treat for earwigs and crawling pests. No serviceman was even sent to the address to see or discuss the issue. I had specifically requested a site inspection when I explained that the issue was unusual, and even spoke to an Antimite service person I had dealt with before. The only response was several days later when I received a boiler plate contract for annual service for crawling pests, no inspection, no discussion, hence no understanding of the problem.

+ -1 moreTHE ESTIMATOR AND TECHNITION WERE VERY PROFESSIONAL. THEY EXPLAINED WHAT THEY WOULD DO IN TERMS I COULD UNDERSTAND. THE TECH WAS VERY CLEAN AND TIDY! SO FAR, I HAVE NOT SEEN ANY EVIDENCE OF TERMITES!
Description of Work: THE COMPANY TREATED SEVERAL SPOTS FOR TERMITES AND PUT BORACARE IN MY ATTIC. (I LIVE IN A CONDO, SO WHOLE HOUSE TREATMENT WAS NOT POSSIBLE--ABOUT 10 YEARS AGO WE WERE FORCED TO FUMIGATE AND PROBABLY WILL BE AGAIN SOON. I DID NOT WANT TO SPEND A LOT OF MONEY.)
