+ -1 moreWe called the owner, Mark, back today to let him know that our unit was not fixed and that we were having the exact same problem. He proceed to speak incredible vulgarities to my wife including the F-word, and said that we were "Pain in the A****" and repeated the F-word again and hung up. This is not the kind professionalism that I expected after finding this company on Angie's List as we thought that they were screened as a good company. We have never, even with bad contractors, have ever experienced anything like this. I hope that other Angie List subscribers will take heed and read this review because our is wish is that this never happens to anyone else. We have small children and still a broken A/C unit in this current heat wave!
Description of Work: Was called to fix an upstairs A/C that was blowing hot air that was stuck at 82 degrees and would not go down. The serviceman replaced a part and then left saying that it was fixed. We noticed that it was still stuck at 82 degrees and was not cooling down from there.

+ -1 moreAfter being told that I needed extensive repairs, Mark and crew quickly identified the problem and were able to fix it within 20 minutes. No need for additional parts or service, just a capacitator replacement. Was originally told from other provided that I need a new circuit board, capacitator, and possible new motor.
Description of Work: After a horrible experience and being quoted almost $1,000 from another vendor, Mark was able to fix my AC unit in less than 20 minutes at a fraction of the cost, this was a capacitator repair. Mark and crew were on time, very knowledgeble, and were able to quickly identify and resolve my problem. Highly recommend this company to anyone in need of AC service and repair.

+ -1 moreThey are on time and have always had a great experience with them. They are here for about an hour and change my filter, inspected the units, run them both to make sure they're running efficiently.
Description of Work: We have a yearly contract with them. They extended my heating/A/C warranty for another 5 years.
