Description of Work: The gas furnace of my rental property went out. ABC phoned my tenant the day I called them and sent out a representative. He phoned me with the scope of the work--it turned out that the furnace was original to the house, over 70 years old, and required rebuilding and a new connector to bring it up to modern codes. I agreed to the work and it was done the next day. My tenant is happy and reports that the workman did a very professional job. I consider the price to be very reasonable considering the amount of work necessary, and am impressed by their promptitude and responsiveness.
