Description of Work: Dacor oven's lower oven would not perform "bake" function. John arrived exactly on time for first visit to diagnose and did so promptly. Issue was control board, a $450 part that incorporated lower ovens thermostat. John later called to say parts were available but wanted to be 100% sure this was the problem so came back(perfectly on time)and spent another 1/2 hour eliminating other possibilities. After doing so, he said he would study the control board to see if just thermostat could be replaced on board. He determined that the thermostat was on a separate module and cost only $200. He ordered this part and scheduled 3rd visit. Once again he was perfectly on time, and completed the repair in 10 minutes.

Description of Work: Called to have dishwasher (Bosch) repaired but unfortunately, he (Larry) doesn't service the Mission Viejo area. He was, however, most helpful in steering me in the right direction for a repair service in So. Orange County. Would be happy to have him in my home.
