Pavers Express Group

Wow! I can't stop peering into my back yard to view the flagstone patio Pavers Express finished yesterday. It is beautiful. Interviewed and got quotes from several companies. This was the only company to give me a quote for flagstone (as I requested) instead of concrete pavers that the other companies were pushing. I wanted flagstone. Mike was great from first meet to the end. He came by to check on the progress each step to ensure we understood the process and what was next. The demolition team and the design teams were great, professional, competent, courteous and cleaned up everything. We were a real challenge as no outside entry to back yard. I am so glad I found and choose Pavers Express.

After writing the review yesterday, the partner Haley approached us and said he will modify the retaining wall to my liking and that made me feel differently about their good business ethics, so I like to give positive remarks for the work and the attitude of the company. The crew worked very hard and were respectful. Supervisors were coming very rarely so we could not communicate much with the crew. The retaining wall on the back does not look like a finished product( they are coming next week to alter it to look better ) .Over all work is done good, still not completed as it is taking a longer due to Christmas holidays.

The crew worked hard and fast. They were respectful and careful. This job took place during the COVID pandemic, so there were supply problems beyond their control. Mike was great. Responsive and knowledgeable. The only thing that stopped a 5-star overall rating was failure to communicate clearly about the delays and stops and starts in the work. Again, if there were no pandemic, I don't think those problems would have come up.

Mike at PEG is the best. Always respond to questions quickly. My project was started and finished quicker than I expected. The crews are nice, professional and fast. I highly recommend using PEG for your project. One very happy customer here.

I was not pleased with the final product. I requested a smaller pillow but go a larger one, never leave them alone on a project!

These guys are fantastic. Great work with great people. Mike was amazing. I strongly recommend these guys. They were willing to give a great price, personal advise on layout and paver style and mike was there to supervise every step of the way my very large driveway is amazing

Bruno was so great to have the guys start & complete the work on Sunday. The driveway looks the same as it did before the pavers were removed. Very grateful for that.

the company needs to follow up more so then what they did, the workers did a great job; however just the follow up needs to be worked on..

He is always available and answering calls. He is incredibly punctual and makes sure the quality of his work is perfect in my eyes.
