La Hacienda was excellent! They have good management skills. They were simply outstanding and all friendly and polite. They were very helpful and dependable. I definitely would use them again. They gave me a very competitive price although I would rather not divulge that on line.

Started the project May 7th with an estimated finish date of Aug 7th, 2007. Worked with Ruben Berton who is excellent! The men working on the job showed up as promised every morning at 7 am and worked a full day, everyday. There was not one day that work was not being done. The men were polite, effecient and knowledgeable. Mr. Berton worked with the City and SDG&E to get all permits and other approvals needed. I work a full time job and was not home most days but Mr. Berton kept in constant contact with me. I could reach him anytime on his cell. He would answer his cell 90% of the time that I called but if I left a message he would call me back w/in an hour. The work moved along quickly and the job was done 1 month ahead of schedule!! Mr. Ruben understood that we did not have unlimited funds and worked with us to keep costs down. We have a beautiful new kitchen, masterbedroom & electrical system (we no longer blow a fuse every week) that we love!!
