Description of Work: I had Bryan King from BK Builders install fencing, new exterior garage door (entry, not car part), 2 doors, and install an air conditioner (small). I just looked him up and was amazed that there was one other review which blasted him and his performance. Bryan is about the best contractor I have ever worked with and I have worked with many. He was punctual, his price was great, and he is professional. I can't imagine him yelling at anyone, he has the friendliest disposition and unlimited patience.

Description of Work: The work performed was horrible quality an inspector showed up and had us tear down half of the project because of a faulty wiring job. To make matters worse unfortunately we made a deal where he was working on an hourly rate and at the end of the first week we were going to pay by check and he demanded cash and if we did not comply he threaten to walk. For the first four days he worked at a good pace and then he majorly slowed up. After four days of working at an unbelievably slow pace I asked him very nicely if he would charge a flat fee for the rest of the job and abruptly he walked off the job site. Later I found out there was an electrician doing some basic work and he tipped him off that he was going to report his electrical job to the management of the building, so to avoid fixing the job he found a BS excuse to walk off the job and not complete it . This has been a big mess and the worst experience I've had dealings with a contractors.
