+ -1 moreThey did a really good job, but during the last rainstorm, a tiny leak developed in one of the light sockets, so we need to have them patch it up. Overall, we were satisfied.

+ -1 moreCust add indicated "No Salesman" but rep. Acted like hi pressure sales man indicating "To get the price, need down payment now! I had actually had a "Verbal" lower bid, but had already paid down $300.
Description of Work: Installed alum a wood patio cover with two fans. Job completed in 7 to 8 hours. Including wiring fans and clean up! Good work crew.

+ -1 moreThey started the work in the middle of the May and they didn't start the actual job until June. They completed it mid-June. We started having problems immediately with some of the electrical they had installed. When the rains started we noticed leaked and they tried caulking the patio. They've done this 3 times since June and it's still leaking. Their customer service is horrible and they don't seem to care. For them not to stand by their work is appalling!
Description of Work: We found them in the newspaper and called for an estimate. They gave us a free estimate and they seemed adequate and were offering a discount on our very large job to install 3 patio covers. The one we have the most problem with is the one attached to the house.
