The people in the office were alright, but the actual driver nicked or scratched several of my items either during loading, unloading or transportation of the truck. I packed some things within Tupperware and padding and some of those things even ended up damaged. They loaded and unloaded the truck very fast. I had the insurance, and was able to have the scratches and dings repaired. They did accept responsibility and repair everything. The move itself was overwhelming, and to have so much of my stuff treated with disregard and obliviousness was upsetting. Now I know what questions to ask if I hire professional movers again.

Company did very well, prompt estimate, very detailed A staff member arrived to provide the estimate on all of our belongings, provided options, insurance, and a written estimate. The team arrived to load our pre packed boxes in their truck, large items were prepped and moved by the moving team. Staff was very responsive to needs and returned calls as promised. Team that came to load the truck all knowledgeable and careful to pack/load larger items. The company arrived as promised with good communication when they were close, items were accounted for, moved into prospective rooms, beds reassembled with accuracy and care not to damage the room or item. Care was taken to use carpet runners to prevent marking carpet in both locations. Very friendly and knowledgeable staff.
