The State of California Structural Pest Control Board requires that all service personnel employed by a termite or pest control company be licensed and have continuing education requirements met each year. Structural pest control operators are licensed by the Structural Pest Control Board a branch of the Consumer Affairs Department. My experience with this company has been horrible at every turn. After signing up for the annual pest control plan (I paid $900 for the privilege of paying $200 annually for termite protection) it was like pulling teeth to get something in writing guaranteeing the service I paid for. Then, a year later, I moved to another address, completely forgetting about this plan. I never received a renewal notice. Team Too said they sent one. But they made no effort to reach me after not hearing back from me (don't most companies make an effort to keep your business when you don't send in your renewal fee?) and cancelled my policy. I will never do business with this company again.
Description of Work: A Team Too employee came to my rental property to do a termite inspection. He found local infestation and later his technicians treated the area. I signed up for a yearly control plan with Team Too at the cost indicated above.
