+ 9 moreIt was a 1957 tract home. It was five months job where three to four times job stopped for a week because we were out of town on business. Two partners remodeled the guest bath room. Ken Murray built the cabinetry (he did our entire kitchen over ten years ago. Great job!) Our old guest bathroom was gutted (toilet lifted out until linoleum flooring was installed) Old tub and its tile, cabinetry, plumbing except for pasted sink removed. Two corners of existing walls were rounded. New tub and Corian (three sides) installed new wiring for lighting in ceiling and for switches installed. New maple. Cabinetry ventilation (made by partner Jon installed) Entire room was prepped and painted (color selected by me). Separate Linoleum Company put in flooring and replaced toilet. Painter helped with prep an old window. I had selected the color design of Corian based on small sample piece. Jon found the company and I went to inspect a much bigger piece and linked it and then Jon ordered it for us.
