First time customers. We had our windows washed and some screens repaired. After they left my wife noticed that they had not cleaned out about half of the window tracks. When I called I was told that would have been an additional charge (never heard that when they quoted the work that day but would have paid it if I had). Later we got a call offering to come back but by then we had already done the work. The next day one of the screens that had been replaced buckled because the screen was put on too tight. After multiple calls over two weeks Michael came out only to say that they did not repair screen frames, he took the broken screen to get some parts and we cannot get him to bring it back after another week or so. Just promises to call but no follow up. We had been looking for a company to use on an ongoing basis but this is not the company. Guess I am going to have pay someone else for a new screen since ours has now been taken away. Not a company I would hire or recommend to anyone.

We had an agreement by phone to wash windows and tracks. When the crew showed up they knew nothing about the tracks and said we’d need to hire them to come back for a deep clean. The crew did end up cleaning t the tracks though no better than I could have. The windows and screens were done very well.

Not only did they help me on a Saturday, Michael was at my house within two hours of my initial inquiry. He was nice, respectful and did such an amazing job!

Really pleased with Michael and job that was performed. Good communication, easily set up date/time. Showed up on time, went over costs and no surprise fees. Our windows, screens and tracks were dirty and Michael was meticulous in all aspects of the job. Very pleased with the end results and would definitely recommend and hire again.

mike is a great guy spent extra time cleaning my solar panels and they look great my house windows have not looked this good for a lomg time having him come back in 4 months again so strongly recommend

The original contract was $170 for cleaning the patio windows (and two glass-panelled doors)--not an easy job. Michael spent half a day to finish this. He did such a great job that I asked him to clean the remaining windows of my two-storey home. His estimate was $150.00. He returned two days later to do this, again to my complete satisfaction. All window sills were cleaned and vacuumed, all screens were soap-sudsed and toweled. Considering that Michael spent more than half a day in this second job, I paid him $200.

Michael provided complete explanation of services he would provide, called ahead of time to confirm arrival, arrived promptly, and did a thorough and complete job for us while working in the hot desert sun. He is also a very nice guy and complete gentleman. We have tall large sliders,arched, and clerestory windows. He worked with us on the price so we could have all the windows done. We would not hesitate to hire him again and recommend him to others.

I was pleased that my appointment was scheduled withinin two days of submitting my request, the window washer arrived on time, he was courteous, and completed the work to my complete satisfaction.

Excellent work completed in a timely manner. Extra windows beyond the initial 10 for 159.00 were charged at 7.00 per window.

Michael and I walked the job and based on what was needed Michael provided pricing prior to doing the work which included 10 windows for a two story house (inside and out), screens for each window and the family room sliding door. He started cleaning the windows from the inside first to avoid tracking dirt in the house. Michael was diligent and focused on getting the job done in a timely manner. I've had my windows cleaned in the past, but Michael surpassed the normal expectation. I will definitely hire him again. I am a buisness owner as well as a homemaker so as you can imagine I super busy. My first experience with Sparkclean was an outstanding experience. All the moms and kids from my son's little league team were coming to my house one evening for pizza. My sister in law came by to drop off her son since our sons are on the same team and she noticed how filthy my windows were so she recommended a gentleman named Michael from Sparkclean that she used for her home since she is a busy mom as well. They little league mom's and kids were due at my house at 4:30 I called them around 2:15 and asked if there was anyway they could come on short notice and sure enough he was at my house within 35 minutes. The job was done thoroughly and quickly. Michael was so professional, pleasant, and reliable I actually hired him to clean the windows at my small business as well.
