The technician (Gerry) arrived on time, equipped with everything needed for the job. He took the time to explain the issues with my HVAC system and provided clear options for repairs and maintenance. I appreciated his honesty and transparency—there was no upselling or unnecessary pressure, just genuine advice tailored to my needs. The repair process was quick and efficient, and I was pleasantly surprised by how reasonable the pricing was. furnace was installed and works well. I repaired gap in drywall above furnace after installation. for $3800 I think they should have offered to repair the drywall or compensation for my work. George reached out to me about my concerns and offered to resolve the issues. I'm very pleased with the job and his customer service.

SoCal Boys Heating & Air provided me with top-notch service when consulting, selling, installing and servicing my new HVAC system for my new home. George came out and walked me through options on what system would be best, efficient, and cost effective. While he laid out different options, he didnâ t try to push the most expensive unit but the one that would fit best with my house. He also offered a great payment plan, so I didnâ t have to wait to get it installed. The team came within 2 days of me agreeing to a new system and installed it within 6 hours. I work from home and barely noticed as they worked. Georgeâ s brother came by to check on the progress and kept me updated on what the team was doing. When it came time to fire up the new system, they team worked with me to make sure I understood all the functions and operations of the new system. I had several questions in the following days, and George was quick to text and answer supplemental questions I had. You get what you pay for when it comes to an HVAC system. And when it comes to getting the most bang for your buck, I recommend George and SoCal Boys Heating & Air!

These guys really stand behind their work. They went a I've and beyond. In our case we had a failed compressor on a heat pump. These guys were very honest and upfront on the options. They kept pricing reasonable and really knew their stuff. After the work was done I went ahead and got a service contract with them. We had a few little issues with the job but they took it all in stride performed excellent service. We had our HVAC back online and running better than ever pretty quickly.

These are some of the nicest people you will ever meet. They are very professional & yet make you feel very comfortable to be with them. I would recommend them to everyone who needs air conditioning or heating help.
