+ 0 moreThey do a great job and that is why we keep coming back. Their carpet cleaning process is great and there are no stains left for them to come back. He will come back for free and re-treat those areas if there are any stains left after the work is done. He is conscious about moving furniture and he uses furniture pads under all the legs to take precautions. He works quickly and is very thorough. He is also knowledgeable and explains everything that he does while he is doing it. He is prompt and on time. He is not the cheapest but the cleaning is the best that I have had.
Description of Work: Rugs Royce did carpet and upholstery cleaning. We have used them 4-5 times now.
