One Stop Garage Doors

I used this company once before a couple of years ago and everything went well that time. The technician was very helpful and gave us some tips on maintaining the door. This time around we are having issues with the door which are unrelated to the last visit. I called and spoke to someone, scheduled an appointment for yesterday and sent a text to confirm. I have still not heard from that person regarding missing the appointment and will be looking for someone else to perform my repairs. This is a combined review for two visits and that is why I rated the business with a C.

Rafael contacted me right away and kept me updated on his arrival time. He was able to fix my door quickly and at a great price. Highly recommend this company!

Our garage door was making a popping noise when opening. We called One Stop Garage Doors at 9:30 AM and Raphael said he would have a technician come out before noon. The tech came out right on time and evaluated the garage door. He spent about 10-15 minutes evaluating the garage opening and closing. He examined all parts of the door and hardware. He could find anything wrong and gave us peace of mind that the door was operating properly. He also gave us some preventative maintenance tips and a helpful lessen in the mechanics of the system! He did not charge us anything for the visit. I will absolutely call Raphael and One Stop Garage Doors again if I need any future help, and you should too!

Great service by Rafael. My garage door opener went on strike and was holding my car hostage inside! Rafael came to the rescue, arriving at 7:00 PM on a Friday evening! He did a great job replacing my garage door opener, which now works beautifully, and even programming the existing key pad. He didn't try to upsell at all. A really nice guy and a hard worker. I'd call him again if needed. (Note: One-stop services southern CA from San Diego up to Corona.)
