Excellent work except for one screen. But very responsive.

I was told $35 per window but was basically charged DOUBLE because my windows have 2 small screens each. I appreciated the 10% discount I was given after expressing my frustration with this, however, the quality of work wasn't very impressive. The screens weren't very tight and had several ripples throughout. Not impressed! $400 for 6 windows and a screen door seems outrageous to me! Don't use this company

For those that do not like to read long reviews, bottom line is I would gladly use Mobile Screen Repair @ Your Service again. I would also recommend them to friends. I had the whole house re-screened. All with brand new frames built. 16 windows (6 solar screens) and 3 sliding door screens (1 solar screen). I am quite happy with the final result. Although, the whole experience was not 100% perfect. Robert seems like a busy, in demand guy and may have a small problem with scheduling. Had two “estimate” appointments made that he could not make. Then we finally settled on pricing over the phone and scheduled a Saturday for him to perform the work. After he missed his stated window of time that he would arrive I called and eventually got a text that he had a emergency and would not be able to make it. We later scheduled the work for the next Saturday. On that next Saturday, Robert texted when he was on his way. I was happy I was actually going to see him. He was beginning to be like some mythical unicorn, much talked about, but, never seen! He showed up right on time and had two guys to help him. He apologized several times for missing the appointments. He is such a nice guy, I couldn’t be upset about it. As I told him, “Stuff Happens”. They worked steady for about 6 hours, with a break for lunch. I only had one screen that I had them rework because I could not get it out of the frame. I think it was my fault for not realizing the frame was different than all the others. It did not have a bottom track and had to be pressed from the side. However, they gladly reworked it. The quality of their work is very good. I have a very small issue (picky!) with the 45 degree cuts on the door sliders not being perfect. They don’t join together perfectly and you can see a little bit of the spline that holds it together. They slide great, and, as long as they remain as solid as they feel now, it won’t be a problem. I am glad I went with the Solar screen on the south side and west side windows that will not be under patio shade. I can feel the difference putting my hand up to the indoor shade on the window. The side with the screen is much cooler verses the side without the screen. It will be well worth the small additional cost of the Solar vs the regular screen material. The overall cost seemed reasonable, given the mobile build and install service you are getting. Hopefully I won’t need screen service for several years now. But, if I do, I will call Robert!

Robert called about an hour before the scheduled appointment and asked if they could come early, which was fine. He and one other guy met me at my house and took a look at the 3 screens I needed replaced--and then showed me 2 others with broken frame corner connections that I had never noticed. So, I had them repair those too. They said it would take under an hour, and it took about 45 minutes. The work was well done, they were fast and friendly, and I thought the rate was fair. And, I am super glad they fixed the 2 frames that I didn't know were broken because those 2 always rattle a little bit when the wind blows hard. They were great. Don't hesitate hire them.

Excellent! Worker was professional, friendly, attentive to detail. His measurements were right-on. He was very meticulous when he installed the doors and slider, checking, double-checking and triple-checking.

Responsive, called to let me know they were running late, arrived and had two custom screens made and in within about 20 minutes. Yes, the screens were more expensive than if I'd ordered them, but I didn't have to wait or worry that my measurements were off on a non-returnable order.
