Here is my experience: My advice- Be weary of the "positive reviews" you read. The negative 1 star reviews are more reflective of the truth. If you can avoid interaction with this company and group, please do it. Make sure you do your due diligence before signing the service agreement with this company. Had Issue with Whirlpool Dryer kept throwing error messages 2-3 times a day. Called whirlpool. Paid for annual service contract agreement through whirlpool with impact repair. First visit was beginning of January by Roger Replaced thermistor. Within 1 hour error message came back. Said too late to come back. Had to reschedule for someone to come back next day after multiple calls and unpleasant conversations with their "customer support" Tony comes out, says it's not the thermistor, it's the controller he said they will put in order and should have it next week. I get a call a few days later- told me part is back ordered, will take 2-3 weeks. I call at the end of the 2 weeks. They said yes we have the part, but can't come out that Friday and MlK, earliest is Tuesday. Roger comes out on Tuesday, replaces the controller, first drying cycle after repair, clothes won't dry after 1 hour and 30 minutes and multiple cycles , no heat coming from the dryer- I read online it could be to miswiring or non recalibration after controller replacement. Called impact, told would get a call later today to let me know about the time someone can be there. It's past hours of operations, still haven't gotten a call. Will have to follow up tomorrow. We're coming up on almost a month without a functioning dryer. On top of the incompetence, mikymouse work, their so called customer service is very rude, lacking in understanding, basic skills of empathy and human decency. Their attitude is, "we got you through the service agreement, and there is nothing you can do." Extremely unprofessional. Makes me really despise whirlpool and all of their appliances for throwing their customers out to bottom of the barrel cheap service providers. Shame on whirlpool for contracting with an illegitimate company. never again buying any of their appliances. Terrible experience all around.

Horrible customer service. This company who is authorized repair for whirlpool and hkenmore left my elderly parents without a frig for almost 3 months. Coming out to repair a frig that was only 2 years old they claimed the frig needed parts that they ordered which arrived but the repairman had been out several times doing no work claiming he needed to return at a later date then we never heard back from them after numerous attempts to reschedule the repairs we finally gave up and purchased a new frig. The old frig is gone but we still have the parts brand new they ordered to fix the frig then never came back to do the work and when we contacted them they told us not to make such a ruckus about the repairs not being done or we would be black alled by the company. That's customer service? After all the bad business finally a light at the end of the tunnel they called and said they would issue us a refund for what we spent on the new frig. But then again we haven't heard back from them since. Why even offer something you had no intention of doing. My parents are both in their 80's and definitely don't deserve this kind of treatment. I would not recommend this company to anyone they are horrible.

His service was superb! He also fixed my microwave without any extra charge. He is very much on time and professional.
Description of Work: He pulled out my oven from the wall, checked my breaker, pulled the fuse and fixed it. The extra mile that he did was when he pulled back the oven and checked the side. And that's when we found out that there was a problem and he informed me that I need to get back from the installers because if not, I will continually have a problem on the fuse.

Tony came out from Impact Appliance Service, to replace the "Bellows Seal" on our Maytag washer, and while He was here, I told him about the problem with the JA fridge. He says, "It is a partial clog in the cooling system". "I will order a dryer for the system, and come clean out the system and replace the dryer." That fixed it Yeahhhhhhh!!!! I was amazed at how fast he diagnosed the problem. I'm an Electronic Engineer and I have the service manual for the fridge , so I had been studying that manual and trying to figure out the problem. The JA fridge also has built in Diagnostics, but none of the diagnostic tests could help me determine where the problem is~~~I spent weeks trying to figure in out and Tony (Impact Service) figures it out almost immediately (SHEEESHHH). I guess that is due to all the experience he has! The price they charged me was amazing for having to get into the sealed system, He even showed me the "Culprit", a little copper looking "thingie"~~~~about the size of 2 pin heads put together. I said, "You didn't charge enough (You have to "Keep the Boss Happy)"~~~~but He would not charge a penny more!!!! Gary L Johnson
Description of Work: Repair Jenn-Air Refrigerator My Jenn-air 48" built in (Jenn-air Luxury Series), Model JS48CSFXDA, was having huge swings in the freezer temperatures. It should be 0F, and for 8 years it was, then it began swinging between 0F and up to 20F.
