Description of Work: The service technician was prompt and professional. Services were supposed to fix the back up program on the computer also remove any viruses. As far as I can tell the viruses were removed, but in the process of removing viruses there might have been some corruption of windows operating files. He also installed a new virus detecting program on the desk top computer and on the laptop. Also connected the laptop to the printer. In connecting the laptop to the printer, the desktop became disconnected from the printer, he did make a second trip back to connect the desktop to the printer. I am still experiencing error messages stating backup has failed. I e-mailed a copy of the error messages to Geeks R Us and the response was "Try to restart the computer and also make sure that the external back up hard drive is turned on and plugged in to the computer . Please let me know once you try this, if you still have any problems." I e-mailed back "After shutting down and checking plugs, I’m still getting“Operation has failed” message. See attachment. The external hard drive is on." I never heard back.
