 + -1 moreBrad was referred to me by friend who had used Five Star Property Inspections for their home purchase a few years ago. She told me that he was very thorough and provided a very detailed report. He had superseded all my exceptions. I am a first time home buyer and he was able to break down the whole process for me. His inspection included going up on the roof, checking the gas, electrical, plumbing/water heater, going under the home into the crawl space, and general interior/exterior. He took his time to look at every aspect of the home and even arrived early. He also provides a binder with the detailed inspection report, along with an electronic email copy. I was very happy with his work and would recommend him to anyone looking for someone to do a home inspection.
Description of Work: Brad performed a whole home inspection for a home that I was purchasing.

 + -1 moreFIVE STAR INSPECTION CAME OUT AND DID A REALLY THOROUGH JOB ON THE PROPERTY. THEY CHECKED THE ENDS AND OUTS OF THE HOME. WHEN THEY COMPLETED THE CHECK, THEY PROVIDED BOTH ME AND THE BUYER A COPY OF THE REPORT.

 + -1 moreTHE GUY CAME OUT THREE TIMES TO FINISH BECAUSE IT WAS RAINING. HE WAS VERY NICE ABOUT IT AND GAVE US A PRINTED REPORT IN A FOLDER, AND GAVE US TIPS ON HOME REPAIRS THAT MIGHT HAVE TO BE DONE LATER DOWN THE ROAD. I WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND THEM.
Description of Work: IT WAS JUST AN INSPECTION. WE WERE BUYING A HOME. EVERYTHING INSIDE AND OUTSIDE WAS INSPECTED: ROOFS, FURNACE, INSULATION, GUTTERS, APPLIANCES.
