Hands down the best experience from beginning to end. Jake called me back right away. He brought us color samples and we even changed the color on him and it was still installed on the day we had scheduled. Jake is very knowledgeable and professional. He showed up on time and installed a superior garage door and motor. I will use only Jake to maintain our garage door. Yes I highly recommend Jake , hire him for any garage door service or new garage door you may need. We are 200% satisfied with the new door and Jake was easy to work with. Good job Angi.

Jake got here quickly. He diagnosed the problem and explained why it was a problem. He gave me an option for repair or three options to replace the component. Because the motor was 20 years old, I chose to replace it. He was able to complete the entire project in under 2.5 hours. I highly recommend him for any garage door issues you may have!

Jake from Fast and Friendly was great. Personable, friendly, on-time, and knowledgeable. Our opener is wi-fi enabled and he even help set up our cell phones to be able to open/close the doors. Will recommend to anyone who will listen. Thanks Jake.

I called Fast and Friendly and Jake said he would show up within two hours. He showed up early and assessed that my door needed the motor & hinges replaced. Jake gave me what seemed to be a more than fair estimate and was willing to answer any question that I had regarding the repair. Jake finished in less time than he estimated and everything was clean and functioned perfectly. For future garage door repairs, Fast & Friendly will be the first call that I make.
