Fabulous! We have used Don for over ten years and this is the last project on the whole house remodel. We would never use another contractor for any job, large or small.

Don was great!! As the amount of termite damage can be difficult to determine until work has begun, I was expecting the worse. Don arrived on time, and started to work. The damage was less than the original estimate allowed for. Don made the repairs, and took 200.00 off the original estimate. The workmanship was excellent!! I would use him again in a heartbeat!!

Mr. Hart called and explained his inability to work with me at this time. He was the only contractor who explained and excused himself. I would use him in the future.

Discovered a hidden slab leak due to wet carpet and weeping tiles on floor. Contractor arrived within 1 hour of initial call and quickly located the source of leak under the heater platform below the concrete. Pipe repaired and water heater moved and was water temporarily rerouted to restore water to home. House dried out with fans for a couple of days and work then completed professional and on time. It is like the problem never happened. The crew cleaned up the area well. Have used this contractor previously and the work went smoothly as usual. The only contracter we will use in the future. He and his crew are on time, diligent, performs work at professional level. Most important Donald Hart keeps his word about the price to be charged. This is the contractor for people that want honesty and no surprises.
