Jason was responsive and very thorough in developing the his bid. He explained the work that needed to be done and gave advice and options about how to proceed. His was not the least expensive bid we received, but it was full-service, so there was no need to hire others to restore woodwork. Crystal Painting used the same two-man team for the entire project, and Jason personally stopped by nearly every day. He kept us informed of what tasks were being done and when the weather was going to interrupt our job. The painters were hard working, arrived early in the morning (between 7 and 7:30) and worked a full day. They let us know each day when they arrived and when they were leaving for the day. Jose and his partner kept our property clean throughout the process with extensive use of drop cloths, and thoroughly cleaned up at the end of the project. We are very happy with the results.

From the start, Jason was an excellent communicator. He was prompt when giving the estimate and when responding to calls or emails. When we finally decided to hire him, he scheduled his crew to start within a week. Jose, the foreman was very professional. He and his team would clean up each day and gave us updates as the the work progressed. The paint job is awesome. Our house looks brand new. I recommend Crystal Painting for your painting needs.

Called Jason on Thursday and set up an appointment for the following Monday. Jason showed up on time and after going over the work we wanted done and answering all our questions, he gave us a firm quote for the job, which we accepted. He immediately scheduled the job for the following Wednesday and stated that it would be a one day job. Later that afternoon, Jason E-mailed the quote to us along with licensing and insurance information. The painters showed up on time and started by covering the floors, counter tops, furniture and appliances with plastic and then prepared the surfaces to be painted making sure that cracks and holes were filled and texture was added where necessary. Difficult areas included moving the refrigerator, washing machine and drier and also removing and reinstalling vertical blinds for the windows. All work was completed by mid-afternoon and Jason came by soon after that to verify that the job was completed to our satisfaction. He checked all areas carefully and found a couple of places which needed touching up. Everything was cleaned up nicely and Jason said to call him if we discovered any problems with the work.

We hired Crystal Painting to paint our 3,000 sqft. home ( floor to ceiling and all the woodwork). We got three bids, and initially almost went with someone else, but after meeting Jason and getting good feedback about what we needed, we ended up going with his company....and we couldn't be happier with our decision! They did an excellent job, with great workmanship showing in every room. Manny the lead painter and his crew had great work ethics, diligent in covering all work areas and cleaning everything up thoroughly. We could tell they took pride in their work... they were super careful and meticulous throughout. The owner, Jason, was always professional, on time, and made sure things ran smoothly. We appreciated that he got samples of the colors on the wall so we could decide on the colors, and also helped us with some hard decisions. He also did a final walk-through to catch any areas that needed to be re-touched. From beginning to end, he and his crew made the entire process stress-free. The inside of the house looks brand new!! Overall, we're very happy with the results, and would definitely hire them again.

Very quick response to request for estimate; very quick scheduling; prompt arrival of owner for the estimating and then the start of the job to get organize the tasks and materials; very hard-working team. The quality of the work was high, and all was done as requested.

initially all was going well. there was a problem with follow up as I had to contact him on several occasions to see when he was coming out. he stated he was 'slammed' and that was the reason he had not yet come? I think he forgot to come. I received a fair estimate but couldn't decide on a color. when I did finally narrow it down there was a MAJOR misunderstanding on my part and that of the provider (Jason). I understood that he was coming over to see what my choices were, go to paint store to buy them, and paint the front of house where I could see how they looked (as he had done for another job we had given him). not so. he was upset that I was still undecided, stated that he had 'come over for nothing'. after having his tantrum he actually asked if we should schedule the job? bottom line I have chosen someone else for the job.

Jason is very organized and efficient. I was on a very short time schedule. He was quick to contact me, did an exception job and made no mess. I came home to a beautiful interior and you didn't see and evidence that they had been there. Switch plates were where they were supposed to be, all knobs in order. It was wonderful! I recommend Jason wholeheartedly. He did 2 coats and apt of brush work. You couldn't ask for more. He also helped me choose the color. It was perfect!

Jason Lee came to review and bid on our repainting of most of the interior of our house. He was punctual, extremely professional, and forthcoming. The bid came promptly, and Jason followed up by phone to check with us. In the end, we chose another company because Crystal Painting's bid was substantially higher, but I'm confident they would have done an excellent job if we had gone with them.

Jason was great to work with and the entire experience went smoothly. The painters showed up every morning on time and were polite and easy to work&communicate with. I picked Crystal painting because I thought they would do a good job and they were the best price out of 3 estimates. (not sure if they like hearing that!) I don't normally go with the lowest estimate but in this case I did and I did not regret it.

We chose Crystal Painting because of the positive reviews on Angie's List. We are very glad we did. Jason Lee, the owner, was super nice. He returned our phone call right away and came out the next day to give us an estimate. His price was very fair and he honored his 5% discount on Angie's List. He even gave us another 5% off for paying cash. His crew worked extremely hard all day long. They were here from 7 am until 6 pm each day and worked hard the entire time. Our house only took 3 days to complete from start to finish (1500 sq ft home) and they did a great job of prepping the house and cleaning up when they were done. They covered everything outside well so paint would not splash onto our outdoor decorations. Each day Jason came by to check on the progress of the house and his crew to make sure we were happy and if we wanted anything changed. Overall we are extremely pleased with the work, the price was very affordable, and Jason and his crew were super nice throughout the entire project. We would absolutely recommend Crystal Painting. I was very happy with my experience with Crystal Painting. Jason was responsive to my initial request for a proposal, accommodated my work schedule for the first meeting, and was easy to work with during the estimate process. He answered all of my questions, delivered the estimate when promised, offered estimate updates as I worked through the final details of my budget for the project, and then worked with me to make sure the project was started in the timeline that I was looking for, even when the start date I requested meant a just one week's notice for his team. The prices offered by Crystal Painting were competitive with the other quotes that I received and the flexibility and customer service demonstrated in our first interactions was what made me select them. On the first day of painting, Jason and his team showed up on time and got started right away - the two painters began prep work as Jason walked though the home with me covering off all details before I left for work. The team worked quickly and took extra steps to keep both the kitchen accessible and the master bedroom comfortable since I was staying in the home at night. The project finished on time, even with a small hiccup in successfully color matching the paint since I had selected a color through a different provider and the color was discontinued. Jason met me on the last day to return the key and personally inspect the work done by his crew. Based on this experience, I will use Crystal Painters again for any future painting needs I have and would happily recommend them to others.

Received several quotes for exterior painting of our house and Crystal came in with the right quote. Jason Lee was friendly and professional telling us how long it would take and everything we should expect during the job. It took exactly the amount of time he quoted and Jason was on site to check the progress each day. At the end of the job, he went over every inch and made sure it was done right. The workers were quiet and polite and covered or moved furniture and plants and made sure paint did not show up where it was not supposed to be. We are very happy and our house looks like new!

It took four days to complete the job. A two painter crew arrived each day at 7AM, and worked diligently until 5PM. The painters moved all furniture into the middle of each room and covered them with plastic. All floors, built in oak cabinets, countertops in kitchen and wet bar, and appliances in the kitchen were also covered in plastic. All door handles were masked too. The painters were very meticulous in their approach. When we saw how things were going, we decided to give the painters a house key and stay at a local hotel during the painting. Painting the entire interior of a house is an extremely messy job. When the painters were finished they cleaned up everything. Our home is 25 years old and has never been painted. Now our house looks fantastic. We are extremely satisfied with the the finished product.

One final comment, you might expect such excellence to cost an arm and a leg. To my surprise, the quote from Crystal Painting was competitive. How does a company meet every expectation like that? Jason personally came to th house and provided a bid to do the job. He was puntual and professional. We decided to go with Jason after interviewing 3 companies. The crew began right on time and worked very hard. My home is 3000 s ft and it took 4 days to complete. I would highly recommend Crystal Painting or at least the crew that came to my house (Juan and Jose), I couldn't be happier with the service they provided and I honestly have never been able to say that about a contractor before.

I called Crystal Painting and Jason came right out to give us a quote after we had received another (more expensive) quote from a competitor. He was very professional, and provided us with color samples, and came back out to put sample colors on the house for us before starting the job to help us decide on colors (not as easy as one may think, so putting the colors up definitely helps). They also did interior work for us, but the big job was the exterior of our large house and all the details of the exterior, which there are many. His two man crew was right on time early morning each day, were very professional, and extremely patient with my wife who made some changes in color along the way, and were very neat and cleaned up the premises each day on the job. They constantly worked hard, and did an excellent job with power washing, patching, sanding, priming and painting the exterior of our home. Their price is competitive and their work is quality, so I would recommend them for exterior painting.

Jason was very professional and reasonably priced. I would most certainly use him again. His estimate was compared against several other companies who service the same area and he is the best over all choice by far. Keep up the good work Jason.
