As mentioned above, the service was contracted in a very quick manner after a previous contractor fell through, they service was provided in a quick and professional manner, I just would like to have had this price to include the cost of painting. It would have been a fairly simple job to add painting in, nothing complicated at all.

Prior to the fence replacement I contacted Country Estate Fence because I was concerned about losing all of the plants along my fence. I spoke with Jay who told me he would check out my property, save what they could, and do their best. When their crew arrived I discussed the growth on the fence, and they told me they couldn't save the plants, but would try. After a couple of days of installation -- where they removed most of the vines -- I asked them to remove the rest since it could not be saved. There was a language barrier, so I reiterated my request, but the representative told me I could just push the plants back up against the fence. Two days later, after they finished the job, the plants that had been along the fence were left to die. A few plants that should not have been affected were ruined. There were dead branches around my air conditioning unit, my fountain, and my barbeque. Nothing was salvageable. I emailed Jay at Country Estate Fence, attached photos of the destroyed plants, and asked him to please have his crew remove the destroyed plants, since I was going to have to incur expense to replace shrubs and flowers. No response. So I called to follow up, and Jay told me the General Manager was not in, he would relay my message, but most likely I would be told "the company is not liable for the damage." I told him I expected a call back the next day. I did not receive any call or even a response to my email. The cost for the damage -- removing the plants they destroyed and replacing one small tree and three shrubs -- is about $400. Jay was unprofessional, unresponsive, and took no responsibility for the actions of his staff. I did not ask him to replace the plants, just save me the expense by hauling away what they had ruined. In addition, the fences they installed in the community are cheap plastic. I can't blame them; it's the fault of my association for selecting something so cheap. But I do think it represents this company. I do not recommend hiring this company.

Installed 148' long x 5' tall vinyl fence. Finished in one day. Put up a temporary fence to keep out neighbors dogs. Did a good job and reasonable pricing.

We chose this company and an aluminum fence so that we could avoid painting. Country Estate Fence touted their Lifetime Warranty on the aluminum fence. In about 3 years from installation, the paint started pealing. We called and wrote letters and someone from the company inspected the fence and agreed it was defective. However, they have refused to do anything about this problem. They cannot be relied upon to honor their warranty.

Terry, the sales rep, arrived on schedule, explained the company's products, measured the work to be done, and discussed pricing. He was very pleasant and professional. We received an estimate at the promised time. When we decided to go with this company, the work was scheduled for the date we requested (within 2 weeks). The three workers arrived on schedule; they did not speak English very well, but they were friendly and easy to get along with. The work proceeded on schedule. However, after the workers left on the first day, we noticed that one section of fence was not done to our satisfaction. After some discussion with Terry the next day, he agreed to reposition the fence. All other aspects of the work went smoothly, and the job was finished on schedule despite the rework. There were no hidden costs or add-ons; in fact there was an error in the estimate, and the final price was slightly lower than the estimate. I strongly recommend this company to anyone who needs new or replacement fences.

THEY WERE JUST REALLY GOOD. THEY WERE HERE WHEN THEY WERE SUPPOSED TO BE, THEY CAME IN AND DID THE WORK. PEOPLE HAVE STOPPED BY MY HOUSE TO TELL ME THAT IT LOOKS REALLY GOOD. I HAVE NOTHING BAD TO SAY. IT WAS A WONDERFUL EXPERIENCE. IT IS BEAUTIFUL.
