They were on time and professional. They got right to work and had the job done a lot faster then I thought it would take. I appreciated that they took the time to explain exactly what they had replaced and why and also how to work with the new water heater.

I have used this company before numerous times and have always been happy with their work. This time was no exception. They aren't the cheapest around be they do a good job. They are clean, professional, show up on time and clean up after themselves when they are done. They also won't try to sell you something you don't need. I also appreciate that they explain to me exactly what is wrong and what they have to do to fix it.

Ray managed to keep my 22-year-old heating/air conditioning system going through major problems, but I decided to replace it this summer on a 108-degree day. Ray gave me information regarding appropriate systems and I decided on the best one for me. He completed the work ahead of schedule and right on estimated price. They took care to clean up and left the areas immaculate. I have really appreciated the work done by this company for both plumbing and heating/air conditioning and will always call them when I have need of them. I enthusiastically recommend them.

The only problem I might have with them is that I don't think they work on weekends. When my water heater went out one Saturday, I tried to contact them and was unable to. This could be draw back.

I enjoyed that he showed up on time. He worked quickly and was focused on the job. He seemed very knowledgeable and mindful of the furnishings in the areas he was working in. I do not remember the exact price I was charged, but I do know I was very happy with the bill.
