This place is a joke. We ordered our floors through them and they do not stand by there product quality control. We were pushed between them and Gallaher the distributor Corona uses. With each company not taking responsibility for their products faults. I would not use them as they do not take care of the customers. Only concern seems to be their bottom line. You can buy any floor they offer somewhere else for the same price and better service. Think twice about using them when you spend big money on new floors.

Corona hardwood personnel were professional and easy to work with.
Description of Work: I ordered engineered hardwood, baseboards and other supplies from Corona Hardwood. They have a large supply of wood samples and after taking several samples home, I made a decision on the wood I wanted installed in my home. Everything was delivered on time. I used one of their suggested installers who did an excellent job.

I live in NJ and put in beautiful hardwood flooring approximately 3 years ago in my downstairs. I decided to do the upstairs and was informed that the product I used had been discontinued. I checked with the vendor who had supplied the product 3 years ago. He searched for days and could not get the product. I also called many other local vendors to see if they could get the product as well as the manufacturer, Armstrong and they also could not help me. I did a search on the interment and found a company on California that said they had the product. I called the customer service rep and she assured me she had tracked down the exact product. I asked her to double check two times as I was spending over $3000 for the flooring and over $300 to have it shipped from California to NJ. She was very polite and did double check the product again. I was told there would be a 25% stocking fee if it needed to be returned so I wanted to make sure it was indeed the product. I ordered the product and a shipping company called me to deliver the product to my home. It was the exact product that no one else could find for me. Everything went smoothly and without any complications. I would highly recommend this company for customer service product and price.
Description of Work: Provided flooring that was discontinued and I could not find anywhere

I live close to Corona Hardwood and visited their showroom several times to pick out the right flooring for my home. The staff at Corona Hardwood were very knowledgeable about the different types of wood and the products they sell. I was able to take home a few sample boards to compare with the other woods in my home and that was very helpful in making a decision. I loved some of their hardwood floors they have, but because I have a large dog, I chose Metroflor Hybrid Plus laminate flooring in Muhuhu. It has a and quot;highly durable resilient 20mm top layer with Ceramic Bead Finish to a 8mm high density fiberboard.and quot; My installer even commented that it was really thick. I am so glad I was able to see the floor board sample in person because the pictures online seem to show more contrast wood colors and grain rather than the nice blend of dark and medium dark woods in the sample board. I was worried I would get more contrast colors and I was afraid it would have too much of a and quot;striped lookand quot; but that was not the case at all. The flooring I have is just like the sample board. I tried to take pictures of my floors but they too picked up too much contrast in the wood. The laminate also has a distressed look so it really does look like real wood. Nichole was very helpful in making my final selection between two of my favorite choices and in making sure I was ordering enough product (1021 sq ft of laminate, as well as underlayment, moldings and primer coated base shoe). A wood base shoe did come with the laminate flooring but I wanted a Swiss Coffee white base shoe to match the existing molding in my house. My installer painted the base shoe the color I wanted. These floors are not scratch proof, but they are highly resistant to scratches. Corona Hardwood does not do installations, but if you live in Southern California, they will give you the names of the installers that frequently are used by their customers to install their flooring. Sergio Soltero installed my laminate floor and he was very professional and thorough. He gave me an estimate and wrote out exactly what I needed to order. He would routinely call to check on the status of the delivery, confirm the installation date and time, and follow up with any questions or concern I had. On the first day, he was there when the delivery arrived and he even helped to unload the truck. I also had shutters installed on the same day of the pre-installation of ripping out the carpeting in my house, and instead of just standing by for the shutter installers to unload, Sergio stopped and helped unload the shutters! He installed the flooring for $2277.
Description of Work: Corona Hardwood deals only in sales and delivery of hardwood and laminate flooring and does not do installation. However, their service is exceptional. The staff is professional, courteous, and knowledgeable.

Although they didn't install, they ordered the flooring from Mirage and then had other pieces and parts stained to match. Delivery was just when they said. Competitive pricing.
Description of Work: Purchased high end flooring from Corona Hardwood. They arranged stair treads and risers to be stained to match. Great follow through on everything. Highly recommend.
