It was and still is an awful experience. These are the nicest guys you will meet, but that's where it stops, they are in way over their head. They started the installation in February 2016 and it is now December 2017. There were building delays, but I moved in August of 2016 and have been trying for over 18 months to get the job finished. They have come stayed in my home for a week at a time several times, so I tried to help save them some cost, but they have no worries about leaving my home unfinished. One of them got in 24 hours of his favorite show on Netflix and went home with things no further along than when he came. They blamed glitches on me until coming to find they couldn't understand what was going wrong. I lost count of how many times I heard "this is the first time I've seen this". They sold me on a $5000 doorbell that wouldn't ring in the house. They refunded that but then charged $500 to replace it with a Ring (which as the first time they came across Ring, which everyone I know here has). You can see the hole they left in the stucco when they were done and just said that shouldn't be a problem for you to fix (you can see picture below). The "customize engravings" for the lights I've been waiting for since July, there said it would take about a week (I got them Thanksgiving week, and got 8 replacements I was waiting on, but they forgot to order 22 plates, which I had specifically asked about, and they "confirmed" they were coming in that box). They will tell you how crappy everything else is, but I am in deep. I have a $1,000,000 house, so they are 15% of what I have spent. My neighbor has better cameras and security for HUNDREDS of dollars, not $140,000. I don't even have decent internet in the house. They proposed 4 amps in the house, but apparently only installed 2. The excuse when I found out was to save me money, however it was funny how they stayed on the invoice I owed till I found out. They charged for wiring left behind the wall, which is convenient as you would have to tear the wall out to find it. Again, they are great guys to have a beer with, but they should not be running a business.
