Paul has been great. I moved into a new house that had a built in spa. It was basically a little pool that was a spa. It was plaster walls and it was a mess. I and my kids were going to have at it to clean it up and upon removing the double lid saw that this was not going to be something we could do alone. I called other pool places but they didn't want to deal with a small pool or a spa. They wanted to tell me what to do and which I appreciated the free help I needed help. Paul came out and began to go over the equipment and spa. He knew a lot. He began to explain what needed to be done and I emphatically asked if he could do it. He has been helping me ever since. First the pool equipment wasn't working. Apparently a gif type of plug had been put on the equipment and it had been flipped. He examined the equipment, and gave me the 411 on the system that I had. It was very helpful. Then he looked at the pool and suggested draining it and an acid bath. I agreed that draining was a necessity and also asked if he could help with that. He had someone in the city that he offered to call directly to find out what the rules were for draining a spa. He then drained it and acid bathed it. He wasn't completely satisfied with the way it came out and so he told me he was going to let it dry and do it again. He has also been giving me suggestions on how to maintain it. Leslie's pool place sent me home with $80 worth of stuff. It was more than I needed. I just finished filling it and he will be helping me finish it up so we can finally use it. I could not have done it without Paul. He was kind and very helpful. He answered all my questions without any condescending tones which I truly appreciate. He even was very caring when I had told him my daughter was having some medical issues and we wouldn't be home while he was doing some of the work. He has asked how our family is and has been considerate every time he spoke with me. He has even kept me updated on the status of the work. I really appreciated his work ethic. It's difficult to find a good work ethic anymore. If you have a pool and need help, he's your man!

We have contracted with Paul to continue with our pool care indefinitely.. We needed him because by husband had had surgery, but we are so pleased with the service that we will continue to have Paul provide our pool care.

Paul (the owner) is great. He is very willing to work with you on cost. He will do as much or as little as you request. His specialty is troubleshooting and repair but standard pool servicing is his bread and butter. always very communicative and punctual. he is by far the best pool guy around. you won't be disappointed to give him a try.

He did an outstanding, professional job and gave me a good deal on the parts and service. He also came back a few data later to confirm that everything was working properly and not leaking. Lee is very knowledgable and professional. I would highly recommend their services to anyone!

CLEAN AND SERVICE POOL

Paul came out immediately, diagnosed the problem and made suggestions for improved performance at a very reasonable cost. My filter now runs very quietly and my vacuum is moving faster than I have ever seen. I would definitely recommend Paul at Aqua Tech for all your pool repair needs.

I couldn't have been more pleased with Paul's work, and all the information he provided me. I was so happy that he was able to do the job so promptly and the family I had invited for Easter was able to use the spa. I had Paul back to install a discharge hose for backwashing, and he also showed me how to do the backwashing procedure myself. He is very knowledgeable, and I highly recommend him.

Called Paul on Monday morning and he was able to come by in the afternoon and check problems. He was able to repair some of the problems on the spot. He scheduled to come back on Weds. and showed up as said. Paul finished the repairs and emailed me an invoice. The price was fair and the work was done in a timely manor. I am glad I used his service and will use him in the future whenever needed. From my experience I would highly recommend Aqua Tech Pool Service.

Paul is great! He knows everything about pools. what a good resource to have when things go wrong. His company is honest and won't sell you things you don't need and will help you stretch out the things you do need but can't really afford just yet. so far I am very pleased. He is a tiny bit more expensive than some of the other guys. but I will gladly pay that extra $5 or $10 for his professionalism, expertise and punctuality.

Because my spa was so old, Scott let us know the pros and cons of installing digital equipment or having him obtain custom parts which were very similar to the original parts. We chose the custom repair parts because we knew how to do minor repairs on it should they come up and the original equipment had lasted 30 years. The custom parts were slightly more expensive but any future repairs would be quite inexpensive vs. installing digital equipment which would cost us around $600 each time a repair came up.

The work turned out good. The thing that stands out about him is his knowledge. His professionalism, service and cleanup are fine. He has always answered my calls. It is hard to tell how his price would compare with others. I would use him again in the future.

I contacted Paul on 1/5/11 via e-mail with some questions about noise coming from my filter pump. He was very prompt in his response and followed up with a phone call. He gave us several choices and price ranges to choose from i.e. rebuild existing pump, replace existing pump with same type or replace pump with newer energy efficient model. The cost ranges were between $500 and $1500 for pumps. He explained the benefits and costs of each choice. We chose to use the most expensive of the choices because it would be cost efficient in the long run. We felt very comfortable with our choice and were not pressured into making the high cost choice. Paul set up a time with us to begin installation and was on time and very pleasant. I asked him to check on a few other items while he was here that I thought weren't quite right and that led to replacing the grids and the rotor. I brought these things up and asked him about them. He was very honest about replacing these items, saying they could last a while longer but would need replacing. There was a lot of work involved and it took him two days to finish. The new filter needed an electronic card to work with my existing indoor controller (I was told about this in advance). Paul did all the work himself including replumbing and electrical. There was a problem with the filter not turning off automatically the first night, so I turned it off manually and called him the next day. He told me he might have forgotten to turn the filter off at the pump and to try that. It was a very simple thing and easy to forget during all the testing he did that day. I turned it off at the pump and the filter has been working beautifully the past week and a half. We are very pleased with the work that Paul did. He answered a lot of my questions about balancing the water and chemicals as he was working. Paul was a very nice man who seemed to care about his customers.

I HAVE USED THIS SERVICE COMPANY FOR THREE YEARS AND HAVE BEEN VERY SATISFIED WITH THEIR SERVICE. THEY ARE VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE AND HONEST. THEY ALWAYS RESPOND TO MY PHONE CALLS AND HELP ME TROUBLESHOOT PROBLEMS.

IT HAS BEEN SATISFACTORY. I HAVE ALGAE IN MY POOL AND IF THEY HAD DONE A GOOD JOB, I WOULDN'T HAVE ALGAE IN MY POOL. IT IS SUMMER AND HOT AND I UNDERSTAND THE ALGAE. THEY ALWAYS RETURN CALLS ON TIME. I HAVE NO COMPLAINTS ABOUT CUSTOMER SERVICE.
