Overall they were quick to respond, set up estimate, and once booked was able to perform work within a few days (after 72 hour contract signing). Francisco was very up front and honest. The two gentlemen that came to do the repair work were very nice and answered any questions I had. Couldn't asked for nicer people. Their customer service skills were top notch as well as the work they performed. My only reason for 4.5 stars was they were a little bit late but not drastically and I had to call the office to make sure they were still going to show up. Again once they showed up they got right to work and did a wonderful job. I've already given their name and number to a friend of mine for her to get an estimate on her house. If I need more work done or once I need a complete roof replacement, I will be calling them.

Contact and follow up was only fair but the representatives that were sent out were very good explaining what they were going to do and the job looked very professional when completed I canâ t give a five rating until it rains but it looks good

Guys came out on time stayed with the project until they were done. I don’t think they took a break. My quote included pictures and when they were done they detailed the work they did with pictures as well. Great work very happy.

Francisco was marvelous in responding to all of my questions and concerns from start to finish. His team was on time every day. They walked me through the plan of the day each morning. At the end of the day, they thoroughly cleaned the worksite. I was very impressed with the work done. The front office staff were very responsive and kept everything on track. I had a couple of change orders. Francisco took them in stride. At the end, his team completed the job quickly, on time, and with a high standard of performance. Roofs are an expensive project. It is important to pick the right team. I'm beyond pleased with the work done by this company.
