+ -1 moreClem and his son did the work on the project. He was always polite and professional. He checked the code frequently to make sure the work was done according to the book. There were some quirks to it, like a junction box in a wet location, etc. They did the work in a timely manner and followed up to make sure all was OK. He worked around the schedule for other portions of the job, and he came on weekends to complete portions that he couldn't do when other activities were happening.
Description of Work: Another (unlicensed, it turned out) electrician, recommended and sourced by the landscaping contractor (A1 Xeriscape and Landscaping - check out their reviews!) had started work wiring in our back yard. When I demanded permits from the landscape contractor, he brought in All Phase Electric to take over and finish the job. Clem rectified mistakes that the previous guy had made. He pulled the permits from the city. Did the work to code and arranged inspections, etc. He just systematically completed the job correctly.
