"Thank you for your review! This helps us to improve our company. We are so sorry the technicians did not thoroughly explain what they did. They were at your home for 2 1/2 hrs. They performed the Angie's List tuneup,and they checked all of your duct work and dampers. You had said that one room was blowing air through the vent to strongly and another was not enough. Upon inspection of the duct work and each vent to each room, the technician adjusted the 2 dampers in question. Total cost $140 for this job. If you add in Angie's List tuneup cost of $39 the total is $179. You may not be aware, but the contractor does not receive any of the $39. We apologize if the technician came on too strong in regard to our annual maintenance service plan. It is a really good deal for our customers. You would get a tuneup in the spring on your AC and a tune up in the fall for your furnace. If any repairs are needed or if a replacement is needed you would get 15% off."

"Thank you for your feedback. I am sure you are not paranoid, but our technician's do a thorough check of the ac system to see how it is doing. Like a car needs oil changed, or brake pads checked, similar wear and tear happens with your air conditioning, and though it may run fine, it may need something replaced and/or fixed to insure continued operation. There is a time with a home's heating and/or cooling system that it may make more sense to replace than to repair, and with today's higher efficiency systems, a new system may even pay for itself. We do pride ourselves on good service and all of our work is guaranteed, including a warrant on parts and labor on any new system. Aire Serv has been around since the early 90's and we are a very reputable company - when you guarantee your work, you have to be. If we can help, we certainly are here for you if you decide to review in the future."

"We apologize that you were not happy with our company. On 10/26/2015, we were out to your home and added refrigerant and sealant with no guarantee that this would completely stop the leaking of the refrigerant. At that time you also purchased our Advantage Plan Maintenance Membership. On 2/17/2016, our technician came out and performed your first tuneup. In scheduling that appointment you stated that your AC was not cooling very well. In performing the tuneup and diagnostic the technician found that you were once again low on refrigerant. He then performed a leak detection test electronically. This involved reclaiming the refrigerant still in the system, doing a nitrogen test and then recharging the system. It was determined that the condenser coil was leaking and needed to be replaced. We called Lennox for you and found that the condenser coil was under warranty. The only thing you would have to pay for was labor. We called you and left a message, on a recorded line, on Monday, 2/22/16, to let you know that the coil we had to special order had come in and we would be able to come and replace the part on Friday, 2/26. Since this is a 4-6 hr job we told you in the message we would need a confirmation call by Thursday 2/25, to let us know if this would be a convenient time for you. We called once everyday, but did not leave a voicemail, because we did not want to appear to be 'bugging you'. When we did not receive your call on Thursday 2/25, we booked other calls that came in. You called on Friday to find out when your technician was coming. We apologized and told you that we had not received a call to confirm the appt and had to book other calls and we would be glad to schedule you for the following week. We again apologize that we had to book other calls for Friday, when you didn't call, but we have to keep our technicians working. We would be happy to take care of replacing the coil for you. Just give us a call."

Unfortunately, this was the season for illness! I am sure you would not have wanted the technician bringing that into your home. We would like to have assigned a different technician in these cases, but because of the cold this year we have been booked 2 weeks in advance. We will try to do better in scheduling in the future.
