+ -1 moreI needed interior paint for a rental unit. I didn't need top quality job. I just needed fresh paint, however all estimates I got were very expensive. I think because I got estimates from the painting or remodeling company. So I tried handy man instead of the painting company and this company's estimate was about half to one third less than other company. So I immediately sign the contract. They did job as they told me. Quality is so so but satisfactory for the price. If your priority is inexpensiveness than quality, I recommend this company.

+ -1 moreHave looked at problem, went to home depot to get parts needed. Was done in about 30-40 mins. The gave us a time frame but called and informed us it would be a little later then he anticipated but did show up on time. Just glad the was able to help us on such short notice. Mr. Hollinger was curtious, respectful, and now it works fine.
Description of Work: There was a loud whistling and constant running water when ever flushed the toilet.

+ -1 moreI called and we agreed that he would come out to do an estimate on March 25. Bryce arrived on time and took a look at the work we wanted done. He is very pleasant and personable. Bryce said he would have an estimate for me within a day or so. Today is April 9 and I still haven’t heard from him. I used another handyman from Angie’s List and the work is done and done well.
Description of Work: Several small jobs around the house: install safety grab bars in shower stall, repair brick flowerbed where mortar had crumbled, fix lid of storage cabinet, among other small tasks.

+ -1 moreAngies list should truly VET the people you refer. The reviews for Bryce Hollier have to be fake and made up from friends. This was deliberate short cuts this unprofessional person took to paint our house.
Description of Work: We hired Bryce Hollier to paint our house. He has NO idea what he is doing as an unlicensed painter, handyman or whatever he claims to be. He has destroyed our property but his inept work. The bids we are getting to correct what he has done is upwards of $20,000 or more. The windows, doors, wood trim around the windows and doors, the 4 garage doors have to be stripped down to bare wood as he sprayed them with a stucco spray head and the paint is so thick and rough it has ruined the molding. He refused to remedy his work or acknowledge that he has destroyed our property or refund any of or money. Once we informed him we were unhappy with his work, he quit responding and refused to come to a resolution and refund any of our money we had paid him. We paid him for more work than has been completed. Then he shows up at our house at 9:00 pm with the Sheriff stating we won’t give him back his equipment that he left at our house. He didn’t show on Friday. He did not contact us or respond to our request. Who does that other than a GUILTY person that KNOWINGLY SCREWED UP SOMEONES PROPERTY????

+ 2 moreAll work was done beautifully and I’m very happy with the results. Ceiling needs reinforcement before one fan can be installed. He will come back and do the extra work necessary.
Description of Work: Painting, doggy door and ceiling fans all look great! Bryce and his team were prompt, polite, tidy, prepared and cleaned up after they were done.

+ 0 moreGreat. I was fortunate that Bryce was able to squeeze us in his schedule and located not too far away. I appreciated his good communication skills (arrival time, job details), painting knowledge (a lot of hands-on experience dating back to working with his father), and honest positive style. He and his assistant were neat and polite. And Im grateful that he called out the need for an oil hybrid paint while working on some of my vintage closets and doors. He saved me time by going out and buying the extra paint while I was working on other projects.
Description of Work: I had an apt door lock that was malfunctioning with a new tenant who just moved in. Also needed one bedroom painted in another unit.

+ -1 moreVery well. Bryce did arrive later than what he had expected because of some snags on the project ahead ours, but that didn't put us off. He apologized for the delay and readily got to work. He didn't double-up on the plastic sheeting as I would have, but I also didn't specify he do so, so that would be on me. And since the job was to temporarily weatherproof the skylights, single-sheeting them is probably perfectly fine. Bryce's eagerness and energy certainly puts him on our "use again" list.
Description of Work: We needed temporary plastic sheeting taped over 2 cracked skylights.

+ -1 moreA long time ago, 5 electrical ceiling fan was installed but what I did not know was installer did not use existing power, instead placed switch. It took for a while to figure it out but Bryce did not give up, kept looking, trying and finished his work. Great attitude and work ethics

+ 4 moreBryce went above and beyond it was the little things he added in for free that really resonated with me. It actually led him to do work on the my personal home and one other rental properties where i had him do the entire exteriors and they came out just as great as the rest of the work hes done. These guys are honest and professional and will be recommended to my realtor friends and family who need a good reliable company.
Description of Work: I needed some simple upgrades and refreshing to one of my rental properties after tenants moved out, ceiling fans and some painting. I was actually referred to Bryce by some one else in my area he worked for and seeing that he did more then just painting it seamed like a good fit so i didn't have to deal with multiple different contractors.

+ -1 moreBeing an older woman it is important to feel safe and non threatened when having people in my home. Bryce and his team were very professional from the get go. His charm and characteristics is probably what got him this job the most aside from viewing pictures of his work on his website and being able to see the kind of work he does. All in all it was a fantastic experience and the quality of work was exceptional by any standards. Will be hiring again.
Description of Work: I just wanted the interior of my home freshened up its been years and Grandkids fingerprints are everywhere now along with other ware and tear.

+ 0 moreBryce is a good kid! When he says he will be there, he is there. I had 2 contractors there for paint, he was the better price, and more to offer service-wise. Also, I had other things needed, and he stated, “I can send my crew by Wednesday to have it completed”. By Wednesday its done, with extras. I told him there, and then, next paint job is yours, no questions asked.

+ 0 moreBryce was professional, his communication was spot on and he was a pleasure to work with. Aside from his character and charm his workers also were respectful of my home which goes a long way in my book. His quality of work was sensational the line work was nice and crisp and his knowledge about which paints go where is very appreciated. They dont tell you things at places like home depot, like most bathrooms are painted in oil base paint if it pre dates a certain year and that if you put a water base paint over it, it will peel with time. Also if it is water base its best to put a semi or gloss helps add a layer of protection against the moisture from showers. He knew exactly what to get ans where to get it and I will definitely be hiring him and his team again for any home repair needs. Good job Guys!
