+ -1 moreReceived a response within 8 hours. Company followed up a week later and then again 3 weeks later with a polite email. Although we decided not to do the work, the company was punctual, professional, and their estimate via email was competitive compared to another estimate I obtained.
Description of Work: Requested a quote for some concrete grinding via email.
