During that time Tony found exactly the right place I wanted and never got frustrated with me, which is amazing because my wife and I are very demanding in what we want. Tony hung in there until he found exactly what we wanted in exactly the price we were willing to pay. We’re incredibly pleased with his help. He remained professional at all times and went the extra mile where we asked it. Can’t recommend anybody more. If you’re looking for a place in the Newport area or anwhere for that matter, I would highly recommend you seek him out. I know he'll find you what you want and give it to your straight without all the bells and whistles so common in this industry.

We chose Prudential Realty, specifically Marlene Dietrich and Tony Massod, for our recent house purchase in Irvine, California. As we were relocating from Scottsdale, Arizona, our first interaction was over the phone. We were impressed from that first phone call. We explained our wish list for our future house and that we would be arriving in town within a few days to search for houses. They listened to our criteria, asked the probing questions to get the complete picture of what we were looking for, and quickly began preparing a list of houses for us to view. Our relocation was happening fast. We only had two days to look at houses, and we were hoping that we could find the right match on that first trip. They picked us up from our hotel on day one promptly at the time discussed and were well prepared with drinks and snacks knowing that we had our six year old son with us. Experiencing Irvine for the first time, Tony and Marlene did an excellent job or driving us around so we could get a feel for the City as well as look at houses. Their familiarity and knowledge of the area showed and was greatly appreciated. We quickly realized, however, that some of our initial, limiting criteria could be altered. Specifically, we did not want to look at condominiums or houses with shared walls. After driving by many of these beautiful houses in Irvine, we changed our minds. Tony and Marlene were well coordinated and adjusted easily to our changes setting up appointments on the go in our already busy day. It was a full day of searching for the right house, but at the end of it, we only had two houses that even warranted a second look and both required too many compromises for us. We decided - with help from Tony and Marlene - that we needed to expand our search on day two if we were going to find the house that fit all (or most) of our needs. That evening, after dropping us off at our hotel, Tony and Marlene happily prepared a new list of houses based on this modified criteria. Again, promptly at the agreed-upon time, they picked us up the following morning and were more then accommodating when our friend (a local) joined us for day two. We revisited the two hopefuls from day 1 and a few more other houses. We were so glad we expanded our search because we found our house that second day. They dropped us off at a local eatery so we could privately discuss what we wanted to do. They picked us up later that afternoon, and we headed to their office to put in our offer. The following day we had to return to Arizona. In our absence, Marlene and Tony helped coordinate everything and maintained constant communication as we moved into escrow and through closing. They were present as our representatives at the initial home inspection and kept us fully aware of all developments. They were a good sounding board for negotiations, and we clearly felt that they were our advocates throughout the entire process. I can't stress how important that was for us, and they exceeded expectations. They still do. To this day (we are approaching a year since the sale), Marlene and Tony still continue to be an excellent resource. They are always willing to answer any questions we might have or clarify any issues. We have even utilized a few of the contractors that they have listed on their Contractor Services page in their website and have yet to be dissappointed. More accurately, we have been quite impressed with the quality of work. We cannot recommend Marlene and Tony enough. They epitomize what good realtors should be. My first experience with Marlene was in 2006. I owned a condo in Laguna Niguel that I wanted to sell in order to purchase other investment properties. I interviewed several agents all of whom were highly recommended including Marlene. I chose to work with Marlene because along with being such a nice lady, she was so professional and so proactive! She came to our first meeting already prepared to list and sell my condo.It was obvious that she had done her homework regarding my specific condo, the area where it was located and she and her team were ready to go. Marlene worked relentlessly to market and show my condo until it was sold. One of the many things that made working with Marlene such a pleasure was that I could always reach her. If she didn't pick up her phone immediately I knew she was giving someone else excellent service but she always returned calls within a few minutes. Marlene happened to be out of town for one night while my property was listed and that happened to be the night an offer was received. Marelene handled the whole thing long distance and the offer and counter offer were accepted the same night and escrow opened the next day! WE SOLD FOR MORE THAN WE THOUGHT AND SOLD MUCH FASTER THAN WE THOUGHT! I have no doubt that this was due to Marlene's dedication to her clients, her experience, her hard work and her professionalism. I will continue to recommend Marlene as I have to my son who is curently working with her. I am in the process of preparing to purchase another property and would not consider using anyone but Marlene.
