"If you want a roofer that really cares about you, this is the company for the job. The owner and his staff do everything in their power to make sure the most important part of your house stays "solid and water tight." Had my roof replaced this summer. Not only did they give me a fair quote for the job, but they use high quality shingles and materials. The problem came about when the solar company that I contract with, re-installed the solar panels and messed up the new roof by missing the roof beams when placing the footings, then not installing the footing flashing plates ... causing major leaks. JC Roofing immediately answered my distress calls during the first rain storm and came to my rescue, making sure to stop the leaks. Ever since then, they have been by my side to get the solar company to repair the damage that they caused. My ordeal is far from over, but wanted to give my greatest appreciation to JC Roofing for all that they do."

"It went marvelously. I waited to write this review until we got a good rain and heavy snow fall. June 2019, Stegman Roofing tore off two layers of roofing and replaced about 5 sheets of plywood sheeting and then laid down an ice and water shield and then tiger paw underlay and then "lifetime" true definition shingles. It looks great. Then, late spring, 2019, rain, lots of rain; still no leaks. Then, December 2019, came a snow storm that laid down more snow than any single storm has in the 25 years we've lived here--18". The snow stayed on the roof for over a week; still no leaks. His workers installed our new roof with such care they said is the same care they would give to their own grandmothers' roofs. How sweet and comforting that was to hear, and, after getting to know the workers, I believe they were sincere, truly sincere. NO LEAKS WHAT SO EVER! Now I should be happy with this new roof for the rest of my "lifetime.""

"Absolutely would not recommend using Four Seasons Roofing of Chico. He was recommending by a reputable general contractor, so we felt he was the right choice. We needed to replace our tile roof that had failed. Because time was of the essence, the rainy season was upon us and he was willing to move us to the head of his schedule, we accepted his bid. We had a trip to Hawaii planned for the same week and he talked us into leaving our house in his hands, "I will take care of your house like it is my own!" He did anything but. Not once did he came by to check on his under qualified roofers. His son watched the job, and was rarely on sight. (We watched on our cameras). They did such a poor job it has taken three months to fix the problems, like insufficient roof vents, more had to be added, roofing over some of the gutters, sloppy painting of wood that had to be replaced, and irreparable damage to our deck by the workers dragging roofing materials across the top. And finally, there was venting incident which could have burned our house down. We still have to wait until August 2025 to see some of the buckling shingles will lay down or be replaced, and he is insisting on full payment while we wait. This job has been a nightmare!"
