Can I get them a -1000 rating? If so, I will do so. They are $h!t They had all the info for the unit but they didnt update the warranty info (and didnt call back in spite of 4 requests to call back; ticket # 4178152207). They conveniently cancelled to not breach SLA. On ticket # 4178206107, they were supposed to send personnel on Oct 8th between 9 and 12. At 10:18 AM, they texted to ask for $140 plus min $60 for labor claiming the unit was out of warranty. Heck, Samsung did update them about the warranty and they ignored updating their system. Is this place a joke? Samsung should seriously consider changing their provider

I had Service Quick come out to look at a brand new Samsung dishwasher that leaked. They came out 5 times to try to repair the seal and failed. 1) They refused to pull out the dishwasher to troubleshoot it. They forced me (the homeowner) to remove the dishwasher for them. I tried to tell them that they they were the service technicians, not me. They refused to troubleshoot the unit until I did this for them. True story. I was shocked by this. 2) The machine would not leak using a built-in 5-min test cycle. It took about 10-15 minutes on it's regular cycle. The service tech refused to wait 10 minutes to look at this. He said he was too busy for this and he'd have to return when it was leaking. I told him to wait 10 minutes and he refused and left. He actually left my house twice because he couldn't be bothered to troubleshoot for 10 minutes. I called the office to speak to a service manager; nobody ever called me back. Summary: This company is a nightmare to work with. Don't do it.
Description of Work: Warranty repair for a brand new Samsung Dishwasher. It had a leak in the front seal.

Awful. Absolute scam artists. They show up, charge $140 and then leave 2 minutes after, unable to fix or do anything. The customer service department is disgusting bad at their jobs and I truly can't believe this place is still in business. Horrible, horrible customer service. Horrible contractors, just absolutely horrible.
Description of Work: My washer was not spinning. Paid $140, for a guy to look at my machine for 2 minutes and then leave. Came back after he misdiagnosed it and said he couldn't fix it and to buy a new washing machine. Customer service would not refund me, stay away at all costs. Huge scam!

Service Quick technician damaged the foot/knob of my dishwasher unit, said he was going to his truck and left. Never returned, left unit in the middle of the kitchen with screws on the floor. Service Quick then denied responsibility for damaging the unit, which also voided my warranty. Their response. ‘Normal light blinking’ is the result of an unbalanced unit. Lowe’s sent out a new company who quickly identified the water inlet valve was broken. After three months of waiting for Service Quick to respond, 27 phone calls with no call back, contacting the better business bureau, and filing a formal complaint with Samsung and Lowe’s, a technician from Lowe’s identified the issue in 15 min. Service Quick failed in their commitment to provide qualified technical service to Samsung.

three people came out. the first one took apart the machine. the second person removed a part. the third person came out and said that it was non-repairable. They were dishonest and failed to return calls. They were the most outrageous service provider that I have had to deal with.

Had an appointment set up for Tuesday to diagnose the problem. Then a follow up appointment for Thursday was missed. Did not bother to call. Appointment today and found out Thursday's diagnosis was improper. Then second appointment he discovered that the problem was improperly diagnosed. Got no where to fix the problem. 8 hours of diagnosis and problem was not solved. AVOID.
Description of Work: Repair washing machine, $60 to diagnose improperly.

Arrived at the appointment time. Repairman was very knowledgeable and professional. Checked out our Samsung refrigerator and told us what was needed. Had the new parts in the van with him. Took about a hour total. Called a couple of days later to make sure everything was working properly. We even received a letter from the service manager thanking us for our business and asked it we needed anything else. We had made an appointment with another repair place a week earlier and on one showed at the appointed time. We call the office and they never returned our call or gave any reason for the no show. It's always nice when someone acts in a professional manner. We would recommend Service Quick to anyone looking for work to be done on any Samsung appliance. They also do other brands but were recommended to us by Samsung.
Description of Work: Replaced the ice maker in our Samsung Refrigerator. Also replaced a circuit board that had gone bad.
