+ -1 moreCalled in the morning, and received a same day appointment. The repair tech (Andrey) sent me a text to let me know that they were on their way (within the 2 hour service window). The repair tech was able to find the broken glass in the drain tube which was causing the unit to not drain properly. Cleaned the line out with a high powered shop vacuum and now my dishwasher is draining perfectly. The unit was tested before he left the house. Thanks for the great service.
