Description of Work: They were hired to correct a water heater that was incorrectly installed in 2012 by a previous contractor. I purchased a new 38 gal gas water heater to replace the 40 gal gas water heater, which was too tall for the area to vent properly. Water Heater Masters built a wall behind the water heater and attached earthquate proof straps. Flue work, 2-1/2' flue pipe, 3 single wall flue 90 degrees.plumbing, removed galvinized pipe to copper corrected with brass to copper. Built half stand-pan-T&P and pan drain to sub pump sediment trap. Insulated hot & cold lines.Overall made corrections so it would vent correctly.
