I am an infrequent Yelper. But, I really feel compelled to leave a few notes about working with Fred. I am in my sixties, have built and renovated houses in 4 states, and worked with more contractors than I can count. I can honestly say that Fred is unlike any contractor I have worked with. The quality of his work is higher. His communication skills are better. And his commitment to detail and the final product is unmatched. I can recommend Fred without reservation.

Our bathrooms look amazing! We had two bathrooms done.  US Accurate did a phenomenal job in our upstairs bathroom from the details on the wall to the cabinets. Fred l the owner worked with us on everything we wanted in our bathrooms.

Only planned to redo my master shower due to floor pan leaking. I am so glad that I updated my vanity area also. With my limited budget Fred showed me how I could also update my guest bath by changing out mirror, fixtures & lighting. Wow, I was able to go from a shower fix to 2 bathroom updates. My husband & I are so happy with the results of my new spa bathrooms. Thank you for your professionalism & communication with each step. I am ready to go forward to trust you with our kitchen remodel next!

Fred is currently working on our house. He's removed a double door and relocated the door for one of our spare bedrooms and he just finished with our door trim. His work has been amazing so far. John is very easy to work with and he's been available whenever we had a question. We are hiring John to do our paint next. I highly recommend anyone in the area that needs any type of work done around their house to give Fred a call, you won't regret it!

We hired US Accurate Construction to install a French Door where there was a window in our breakfast nook, and to close up an adjacent door in preparation for a kitchen expansion/remodel. Pedro was so easy to work with, had a great attitude, clear communication, and worked within his promised timelines. He was flexible with our schedules, polite and respectful to our family and home, and cleaned up mess each day he worked. He did an awesome job making the door fit and function well in the space we had to work with, considering that the previous window wasn't centered and our walls weren't straight. He also did a nice job with the sheet rock and matching wall texture where the old door was (we plan to expand our kitchen and wrap cabinets and countertop over that wall). It looks like the doors were meant to be there all along!! The best part of this project was that he charged less than half of what some bigger companies quoted us! Thanks, Fred & Pedro, for kicking off our kitchen remodel project beautifully!! We will be calling you again for any future projects.

I did a decent amount of research before deciding on a Remodeling Contractor for our 5000 square foot office building in Williamsburg. After reading reviews, speaking with some of my contractor friends and vetting a few companies over the phone, I ended up going with US Accurate INC. They made me more comfortable after speaking to a few of their different team members and actually going into their office to meet a few of the architects' face to face.

I cannot say enough good things about U.S. ACCURATE .they did a phenomenal job with my apartment renovation. I had purchased a fixer upper that needed complete new bathroom and kitchen in addition to small fixes overall. Fred didn't just do a great job making the place look beautiful, he was very fair with his rates and completed the project on time (these are some of the pain points with other contractors I have worked with). If you are looking for any home improvement projects, look no further. Thank you Fred & team! We will definitely be working together in future

Danny redid my bathroom and it came out beautifully. He was very responsive and accessible. I am a perfectionist, and Danny met all my expectations. He is easy to communicate with so that I never felt uncomfortable asking questions or asking for things to be done a certain way. His team is also great and got the work done in a timely manner. Felt very comfortable with him and his team in my home. Prices are fair. Will be using them again if I need anything else done in the future!

Fred and his team just finished installing my kitchen tile backsplash, patching holes in my wall, hanging shelves, and making and installing custom windowsills. I could not be happier! Fred was accessible, easy to communicate with, and punctual.The jobs took less time than I expected and came out to a very reasonable price. The team cleaned up the mess they made and were very respectful.I will definitely be calling US ACCURATE INC again for any home projects that come up in the future!

We have used US Accurate for almost 2 years. They do really good work! The price is reasonable and always do the work on time which is rare for contractors. We had our kitchen remodeled (cabinets, sink, back splash, appliances - fridge, oven, dishwasher, and microwave), laminate floor installed for about 700 square feet of the downstairs living room, kitchen and dining area. The painting was done on high ceilings. Additional work was replacing our bathtub and bathroom vanities. We were very happy with the overall results. I would highly recommend Fred at US Accurate for any major work.

Fred was ontime and knowledgable. we were selling our house in Fremont, but a day before our closing date we noticed there was a leak which caused damage to the celling. Fred and his team were able to identify the problem and fix it properly, and cleaned up afterwards.

I wanted to get my bathroom remodeled and update with new vanity, tiles, and shower. I had a wonderful experience working with US Accurate, Fred. He provided detailed explanations to every question and concern I had, and he was very friendly and thoughtful about what I wanted my bathroom to look like. He even gave me a discount on having a luxurious rain shower head added along with an insert on the shower wall for soap. Fred is the most reliable, trustworthy, and thoughtful project manager I've ever worked with. I also appreciate how flexible and professional US Accurate Remodeling is as a company. First of all I want to say that Us Accurate Construction is a company that stands by their work. I bought my house recently and I would liked to had some changes before to moved in.Fred remodeled my kitchen and bathroom less than 4 weeks. He made me feel comfortable and kept me updated throughout my projects. He provided all the material from A-Z with reasonable prices.He never charged me for delivered  material that was lots of money saved in my pocket. My bathroom and kitchen are absolutely gorgeous and exactly how I wanted it, I am very pleased with the outcome. I would definitely hire Us Accurate Remodeling for future projects and refer Fred as the contractor and project manager to my friends and family

Fred is a great guy. He worked hard to finish a job in a very timely manner. He is cleaned, detailed, professional and very polite. He made me feel comfortable at every single stage and kept me up to date on progress. I would highly recommend him and his team.

Fred is the owner and operator of US Accurate Construction, and he has been a delight to work with! My wife and I recently bought an older single family home in Walnut Creek that we are in process of turing into a rental. But 45 years of deferred maintenance had to be completed first. We hired Fred do this work for us, which included: installing two new bathrooms, updating the house's plumbing which included replacing rotted galvanized piping with fresh copper, installing a new electrical sub-panel, raising a lowered kitchen ceiling (original construction) and installing recessed lighting through out the house (43 LED recessed cans). His tile work (both from his own hand and also from his main tile guy) is very very good. Both bathrooms look amazing. Fred also quickly turned an eye sore of a lava-rock fireplace into a very chic tiled centerpiece. He had it demo's and framed up for tiling in less than one day after we decided to demo the old one. At every turn Fred has been honest, fair and reasonable with his pricing. As with any project, once you are into into it, there are the inevitable change orders. Fred has been very fair in his pricing of these changes and honest with how he asses the scope of the changes and how long they will take. In fact, Fred was very accurate (hence the name!) with his estimates on the duration of work. He was done with the originally contracted work (omitting the changes) right on time.   Fred takes great care to be polite, courteous and friendly. He keeps a neat work space and always has his workers do the same. I am super impressed with Fred, and he is clearly a rarity in a business filled with unreliable and overly expensive tradesmen.  I would not hesitate to hire Fred again for our next project.

They just finished my project, my experience with them was smooth. Fred was very responsive and finished the job in the time limit that he promised with a reasonable price. His crew replaced water heater, removed the walls to open the space and changing the directions of refrigerate and oven include Plumbing and piping. Keep up the good work Fred.

High end renovation: as good as it gets. We were looking for a contractor who could do a high end renovation of our house. After a diligent search, we selected US Accurate Construction for the job. My father is a retired contractor, so I have seen my share of good and bad work in the day (as my dad would point out when he would go on a renovation project). One of the tests that I applied was to take the contractors to the other bathroom in the house and let them point out what in their view could have been done better (we just bought the house). A number of things I had already identified, were also identified by Fred. We also found Fred to be very knowledgeable and very much aware what needed to happen 'behind the walls' in order to make the project successful and without leaks. His team applied three water barrier methods in the shower alone to ensure it would never ever leak. We finally found him to be open and honest, since we had some fancy ideas and he indicated that he had never done that but would work with us to get it done (note: now he has done it). His price was fair and we got the receipts from all materials (so none of the usual mark up or discount that goes straight into the contractor's pocket). Fred started with a detailed quote and told us it was all inclusive (that was the price and if there were some things discovered while opening up the walls etc it was all in that price (if you have ever gone through a construction, there are always unexpected things that happen so this was a great reassurance (just imagine, would you want to be in a situation where your bathroom floor/wall is ripped open and the contractor says... well we did not expect to find a problem with your drain/pipes and its going to cost you $$ extra). As to the job; Fred and his team did a truly amazing job. They covered the floors, stairs and walkway they were going to use during the  construction to avoid any damages. I checked in every day on progress and was impressed with the level of quality and detail that was put into the work. His team was friendly, arrived on time, clean, and most important did a great job. We had to alter some things while doing the project (different toilet due to drain location, equalize floor) and that all went very smooth with reasonable charge. When we wanted something extra (towel heater connections, glass cabinet with backlit shelves) we received a very good and transparent price. The team also assisted me with some minor things in the house I was working on all at no charge. They cleaned up after the project and we are left with an amazing bathroom. Could not have done it without Fred and his team and he is definitely my go-to-contractor for anything else in the future and for recommendations to people that are looking for a good and reliable contractor. Fred was always available before and during the whole project, communicates very well and clear. If you are going to renovate your kitchen and Bathrooms, put Fred on the list of contractors you should talk to. You won't regret it. He delivers high quality work for a very reasonable price (but the high quality of the work is the most important).

Fred and his crew run a solid business. Fred looks like and performs as a contractor who knows what he is doing. There is nothing he cannot build or fix. In the middle of a project, if a change needs to be made, Fred will come up with a fantastic idea and draw it up on the spot. My newly remodeled master bathroom is the pride of my home. All work begins and ends on time.  Clean up is spotless.He and his team work fast and skillfully. US Accurate Construction is the only company I will ever use any work on my home.

I awarded Fred work for a major tenant improvement project at a commercial space within Walmart. We gutted out a 500 sq.ft. space to build a salon. The scope included demo, electrical, T-bar ceilings, plumbing, flooring, drywall/painting, wash station and furniture installations.I was beyond satisfied with Fred's finished product and the open communication when encountering surprises. He was professional, to the point, and had enough man-power to turn around our job within a tight 4-week schedule. Time was key on this project and he delivered.I learned that Fred is honest and will do the right thing. There was an instance of a surprise/additional work where it would be easy for a contractor to take advantage of the change order due to our tight schedule. The change order had to be taken care of immediately at any cost. However, Fred took care of the change-order fairly and honestly. I appreciate that he had my best interest in mind and I was dealing with a man with integrity. Thinking about this moment was my motivation to write this review.

Wow, I do not even know where to start. I needed a lot of help getting my house renovated to turn it into a rental. It was a daunting process from the beginning but Fred and his team truly have been the biggest blessing.  Initially, it was going to just be creating more open space, updating the bathroom, kitchen and roof patching. But I ended up hiring them to do an addition: 1 bedroom and 1 bath. It was a 2 bedroom 1 bathroom built in the 30s so the addition felt hugely needed.From the time I met Fred, I knew he was fair. I had met with 3 other contractors and they did not nearly do as thorough of a job checking out the house upon first look. Fred and his team were very honest about what they could do, and couldnt do with my budget. Working with a contractor who was fair and honest was one of the most important things I was looking for and I'm so glad I decided to work with their team.Many unexpected issues came up during construction as it is an old home, but Fred handled them promptly and communicated daily between me and the city to get the permits approved as soon as possible. The city had many reservations against the plan and asked for more work, which meant money than our contract had been for, and I was completely stressed and frustrated. Thankfully, Fred and his team continued to vouch for me and my situation and eventually got the city to bring the cost down and agree to get the permits approved. This is the kind of contractor you want to work with.The work began in August 2019 and was expected to carry through to March with the extra work the city demanded, but it is now December and their work is almost complete, WELL ahead of schedule. Talk about delivering ON TIME! I can't imagine this is ordinary, but surely his team works hard to get things done because I've seen it myself.

Although we sadly did not have an opportunity to have Fred remodel our new kitchen (our personal reasons) but I would highly recommend Fred and his company in a heart beat. From a minute I talked to Fred, you can tell he's a very nice guy. He was very enthusiastic and willing to meet. He arrived on time and have the most courteous and gentle manner. He understood our needs quickly and offered very useful suggestions and expertise. His rough estimate was very realistic. He was very thorough and easy to talk to. He'll tell you what he think can and cannot be done. The whole meeting was very pleasant and he spent time explaining everything in detail. Again, I wish we had a chance to work with him. But from our encounter there were nothing but positive about Fred. I am quite certain that he will provide quality work to any project that he work on.

Fred quickly gave me a honest price and timeline. Although he was very busy, he managed to squeeze us in and get the work done during the Holiday season. I appreciate his professionalism, honesty and his teams ability to get the job done in time. He was super fast in his responses, which is deeply appreciated, especially after dealing with other contractors who I had to chase for answers. His team worked quickly without compromising quality. I highly recommend US Accurate Construction. We are already talking to him about additional projects and I'm recommending him to all my friends.

I had a great experience working with Fred at US Accurate Inc in my addition project in Castro valley. He is a professional and is an expert in his field. For my specific project he handled all of the structural work including foundation repair and when my architect had a melt down he even stepped in and took on that responsibility too. He collaborated with my sun and I and spent the time understanding our needs and where we wanted to take the project. Highly recommend them. They are fantastic. Very knowledgeable, committed to the job, and efficient. Also very easy to get a hold of and communicate with. If you need someone who is knowledgeable in the field, contact Fred!!! I wont hesitate to use him on any future engineering jobs.

I recently had French drains installed around my house. US Accurate Design & Build did a great job installing them and cleaning up afterwards. They completed the construction at a good pace. Fred took the time to explain each step of the process and is flexible to change and worked with any requests that I made. This was my first time using a contractor and I felt comfortable with Fred. Fred is honest and upfront about any issues that came up with the construction. I would highly recommend him if you are shopping for a contractor or at least have him look at your project before using another contractor.
