Patrick communicated very promptly and professionally, both over the phone and messaging on this app. He knew exactly what to do with the product we bought on Amazon, and even had some tips for how to best use it. It was a surprise that we needed to drill through the granite counter top, but Patrick took it in stride and got the job done beautifully. Initial install was not correct due to small space/Ikea product - drawer on the vanity wouldn't close all the way. The plumber came back to try to fix it and spent a good deal of time trying to make it right. When the fix turned out to be more complicated, he came back a third time, but charged us for the time.

The service was fabulous. Quick analysis to verify that the water heater did indeed need to be replaced. Gave me information to get the permit and scheduled the service for the following day. Installation was quick and the work was impressive.

As part of the repair it was agreed that the line to the pool heater should also be dug up and replaced with more modern plumbing. The work took twice the time estimated due to very hard ground. Joe stuck to his estimate

Great experience from start to finish. Patrick called in advance to let me know when he expected to arrive, was very upfront about timing the length of the visit by letting me know when he was clocking in/out, etc. Most importantly, he seemed very honest and knowledgeable, and when one of the issues became more complicated/expensive than originally anticipated, he gave me a thorough explanation of the issue. Would definitely use again.

I was impressed by Patrick's professional and prompt communication and general responsiveness. Patrick went out of his way to find the right match for missing pieces of the faucet. Due to various reasons we had to reschedule the appointment several times, but Patrick was always reachable and kept me updated about getting the material, and finding the best time for installation. Patrick did a great job installing both - the bathroom faucet and the outside water hose spigot. He worked quickly and efficiently, even updated the existing piping, and left the area clean. He's polite and professional. Highly recommended!

First off and most important – Patrick Stanton is a master plumber with an awesome personality – it’s obvious he loves his job. Also, this is not a big plumbing company who sends out random plumbers who are on the clock – you get Patrick. I love getting the personal touch from the actual owner - he really cares about the quality and you are not lost in the shuffle of some overpriced company that is bad news (like Mike Diamond - rip off company in Southern CA – hope they never come up here). Our home was built in 1950’s and these galvanized nipples were clearly original (we just bought the house 8 months ago). I was working on the job myself and literally fractured the cold taking it apart late Friday night. Home with kids on Saturday and water shut off (NO WATER). Within no time Patrick was on his way working overtime on a Saturday - awesome! His level of communication was really helpful as he kept me in the loop during the morning as he was on other jobs – he kept call me and checking in. Upon arrival he tackled the job instantly and had my water back on in 1 hour (I was expecting at least 2 hours if not more). I was blown away how fast he worked and the quality of everything he did. I’m lucky to have found Patrick and will use him every time – he is honest and a hard worker.

Cost was higher that original price quoted.

It went great. Patrick arrived on time and inspected the problem. He had to leave to get the replacement parts and was back within a half hour. He only started charging for his time when he returned. While here, he noticed a couple of other minor problems and fixed them for no additional charge.

Called about an audible leak under my house. I called Stanton plumbing after another plumber had issues with some animal droppings near the repair site then recommended a water damage team to clean the area to clear the droppings and potential damage to the structure for added cost of $2900. Thanks but no thanks. The folks at Stanton scheduled an appointment later in the day, a Sunday and Patrick arrived earlier than scheduled, surveyed the damage and offered an hourly rate that was extremely reasonable. He also noticed a potential second problem and included that repair within the hourly rate. He took special precautions with cleanliness and safety covering the path from outside to my crawl space and when the job was done he cleaned the area thoroughly. He even cleaned up after another plumber who had done a similar repair previously who left plastic wrappers and plastic sheeting under my house. I will certainly use Stanton Plumbing again and recommend them to anyone who needs plumbing services!

Excellentl! Called in the morning and got a 3-5pm service tine. Plumber arrived at 3pm sharp. Reviewed work made recommendation and provided estimate for approval, performed work as estimated. Explained work throughout process and completed work on time with quality. Honest and would recommend and use again.

Patrick called 45 minutes before scheduled appointment and mentioned that he was running early. He arrived 20 minutes later, looked at the shower and advised us on what needed to be done. He opened the shower knob unit, determined what part was needed and headed off to the plumbing store. Back in 30 minutes he made the repair and tested the shower. It worked fine. Patrick also advised us on how to replace the growler in the second bathroom. He also looked at the water heater at my request and noted the condition of it and the water piping in the house's central water closet. He is professional, polite and punctual. He cleaned up after completing the installation.

Very professional, knowledgeable, showed up on time, gave honest assessment and discussed cost prior to working on items noted. He came prepared and cleaned up after himself. Absolutely will use him again and feel comfortable referring him.

The push-pull-twist handle in the master bathroom shower was getting difficult to use, and occasionally it was a real chore to get the flow of water stopped completely. According to various YouTube videos, replacing the Moen cartridge that is at the heart of such a handle can be a simple, straightforward process -- or it can be a bear of task, requiring one or two non-standard tools and the expertise to use them. The handle in the other shower was also difficult to use, and the single-handle faucets in the laundry and garage also required more force than they should to manipulate. So I opted for professional assistance with all four. Patrick came as soon as my schedule would permit (5 days later), and on time. His quick inspection of the faucets confirmed my homeowner's analysis of needing new Moen cartridges. His truck is fairly small and he only had two such cartridges in stock, so he left to try one plumbing supply house after another to obtain the remaining two cartridges, not charging for that time. Each of the faucets required one of the extra tools (a Moen cartridge extractor). When he extracted the cartridge from the master shower, only the interior of the cartridge came out, leaving the exterior. Removing the remainder of the cartridge required the use of the second special tool. That would certainly have been beyond this homeowner's level of expertise. In addition, the laundry and garage faucets needed new O-rings. Patrick had to order those from Moen; he covered the cost of rapid shipping and did not charge for the O-rings, since Moen provided them without charge. He returned after he had the O-rings and completed the work on the laundry and garage faucets. However, the new cartridges seem to have not been a perfect replacement for the old ones: the faucets dripped after they had been shut off. He gave me the option of either removing a portion of the assembly, which would permit the faucet to be turned completely off with no side effect other than slightly dislodging the trim piece that sits above the cartridge; or running out to get plastic cartridges to replace the brass cartridges that he had obtained earlier. Since these faucets are little used, I went with the simple solution of putting one portion of the assembly off to one side, rather than getting new plastic cartridges. During the entire process, Patrick was happy to let me watch and learn as he explained everything that he did. He referred to himself as a "teaching plumber." His thinking was something like, if I teach you how to do simple things, you'll call me for the complex things. He was a pleasure to work with.

6/18/14: It was excellent. 4/1/15: With all the new regulations on bringing plumbing up to code, we were unable to just replace our 30-gallon water heater. Patrick came out and could see exactly what he needed to do in order to put in a tankless water heater instead. He gave us a solid bid of $3,500 for the job. He put in long hours, and worked to be sure we would have our hot water back online as soon as possible. 4/16/15: Patrick gave a firm bid ($295) to fix the line to the icemaker, and he did an excellent job. We can now fully use the ice and water dispenser on the fridge. I would definitely recommend Stanton Plumbing for any plumbing needs.

Got a quote for several items. Asked to have only one item performed due to high cost of total quote, not pricey, but just more money then we wanted to spend. The lady on the phone booked us for a date a few weeks out as it was the soonest date she had. Date came and went and they never showed up. I called a day or two later to see if maybe I had the wrong date. She wanted to check her calendar and get back to me, which she did. I had stepped out and missed the call so she emailed me instead. She explained that she had forgotten to book us. She also said the price would be more since the original quote was a package deal with each item discounted, something she had not mentioned when I originally booked the appointment. She also said that she could reschedule, but the price was now time and material rather than a set price, something she also had never mentioned the first time I booked the appointment. When I asked for a set price, she said it would most likely be about the same as the original quote (then why not just honor the original quote??) I emailed again asking for a set price and she said she could only estimate a cost but it could go up or down at the time of the work. She said all their work was an estimate even though they had provided me with a detailed quote with a specific price originally. If this were my shop I would have taken 10% of the originally quoted price because I messed up the schedule. I was shocked that this company would admit to forgetting to schedule me, then raise the price, then change the price from a set price to an estimate.

Staton Plumbing quickly responded to our urgent call. They went out of their way to make sure all was repaired that same day. Very personable and dedicated.

After two disappointing appointments with other company's Patrick defiantly calmed the storm. Extremely friendly and just a really cool guy all around. He will be used without a doubt for my future projects.

We called Stanton Plumbing and we got a friendly staff member who quickly set-up the appointment for the next day. When Patrick arrived on time he introduced himself and quickly went to the bathroom where he unplugged the bathtub drain. We also mentioned the bathtub faucet was leaking and he promptly repaired that too. Patrick was friendly and did not hesitate to answer any questions we had. The slow drainage and leak was fixed. We would use this provider again without hesitation.
