+ -1 moreReplaced rotting boards, sanded & cleaned deck. Some other boards should have been replaced. One new board drained sap thru new surface. Had to request a second coat because first coat di not provide enough coverage. I provided my own paint to lower portion due to a different color wanted. I feel that nail holes should have been filled and other boards replaced. Yes deck is greatly improved but I will be filling nail holes and repainting this summer.

+ -1 moreEverything went as expected. The crew worked well and responded to all of my concerns. This is a quality, family-run company. It may cost more, but you get what you pay for. Daron Springer will always return your phone call. They care about what they do and do the best job possible to restore your deck. I will have Springer's maintain my deck annually
Description of Work: Stripped, washed, and sanded my redwood deck. I also had Springer's install 1 screw between the nails on the redwood boards. The screws are definitely noticeable and may bother you at first, but is better for the deck's overall longevity I chose the Natural color finish. The deck is approx. 25 years old. She looks great for an old deck. Please watch their video on the internet. It shows the entire procedure.

+ -1 moreArrived 9AM, one man spent 4 hrs stripping and drying, then 2 others came and sanded, cleaned and applied new stain. Cleaned up and left at 4PM. Nice Job.
Description of Work: restoration of about 430SF of redwood deck, stripping old oil-based finish, and refinishing with Semi-transparent stain.

+ -1 moreThe work was done efficiently and professionally. They were neat, did not disturb anything in my yard, and replaced the deck furniture and container plants to their original positions when they were finished.

+ -1 moreThey arrived at 1.30PM and were finished around 7:00PM. I'll never complaine about a job that can be done in one day.
Description of Work: Restored our 15 year old original deck. This involved replacing some boards, applying a stripper solution to remove the old coatings, then a power wash, then sanding the deck ( at this point I have to say why they didn't get a higher grade. I don't believe the deck was dry enough for sanding as the wood fiber was raised. It could be that this is normal but I'm not happy with it.) then applying the preservitive. The deck looks beautiful though. It just has a rough finish in most spots. I did not get any other Estimates. I thought the price was reasonable for the shape the deck was in.

+ -1 moreWE HAD LIVED IN OUR HOUSE FOR TWELVE YEARS, AND NEVER HAD ANY CHIMNEY SERVICE. WE SAW A COUPON FOR SPRINGERS IN A MAILING AND CALLED. IT TOOK A WHILE FOR THEM TO COME OUT, BUT THE SERVICE WAS EXCELLENT. THEY WERE PROFESSIONAL, AND CLEAN!
