+ -1 moreI think it was the worst case of customer service I have ever experienced. No communication, and then rude when you follow up. Not to mention the incompetent tech.
Description of Work: $100 diagnostic resulted in what tech said was a need for a new control board ($700) but he had to order the part. A week later when I called to get the status, the girl who answered the phone was rude and said that they had not got the part yet and they would call when they get it and not to keep calling - I called once a week after the tech did his diagnosis. I canceled the service call and was glad I did. I called a competitor and they diagnosed the problem as an igniter ($200) and fixed the problem in an hour. I now know how you get to be Diamond Certified - you buy it.
