The work was done well, installations were clean, and he was very professional, though he did miss one of our three appointments and we had to reschedule. I would definitely work with him again given the opportunity.

It took a few calls over a period of several weeks before Bob responded. We discussed what needed to be done and set up an appointment for the work to be done. I had purchased the supplies and items that would be needed. Bob was scheduled to arrive between 9 - 11 am. At 11:20 I called him. He said he had forgotten but would be right over. Twenty minutes later he called me stating he had lost my contact info. I gave him my address again... It was about 30 more minutes before he arrived. He never apologized. I showed him what needed to be done and told him that I had the needed supplies. He then told me that he couldn't do any of the work and would come back next week. I had planned for the work to be done that day. Without asking about my availability, he told me when he would come back - which didn't work for me. We did agree on a date and time. A few days later he left me a voicemail stating that he wouldn't be able to do the work and to contact Angie's to get my money back. Again, he offered no apology. I think he wasn't interested in the job because it was only about a total of 3 hours of work. Terrible service. Very irresponsible. What a waste of time. Luckily, the other services that I've purchased through Angie's went well.

He was timely, efficient and knowledgeable. He was clear about what he can and cannot do. He performed the repairs and setup with regards to quality and he gave us the necessary referrals.

It went well. He has apparently gotten a huge amount of business from the $59 offer and has been having difficulty scheduling everyone. We had a little trouble getting the appointment because of that. However, he returned calls promptly. He was a very pleasant person and really fast. He was at the house for about an hour and finished everything I had asked for and did a good job.

He sprayed them with paint I provided. Did a good job

It was an Angie's List Big Deal that I purchased. The service turned out to be very mediocre. He came out right around the purchase date. I don't think he's very comparable.

Bob, the owner responded immediately to my call. Came out that day, discussed our needs and was back in a few days with the parts to install. He was knowledgeable, efficient and cleaned up his small mess! I'd use him again if the need arises.
