The remodeling process from visioning to completion went extremely well. The ReBath staff helped put our thoughts into action. Demolition, construction, and fine-tuning were done with professionalism and time to give clients knowledge of the daily process. It was great that ReBath over-saw the whole process and that a project manager was often stopping by to double check the work. Caring pride and workmanship brought the bathrooms to a lovely finish.

It went very smooth and quickly. They were friendly and very professional and even though it got noisy at times, it wasn't too bad. The clean up was great along with follow up. Thanks again.

The end result was excellent. We had a good experience from the start with Re-Bath, their organization and project management were top-notch. They were responsive to all of our requests, or if some detail wasn't taken care of correctly. They were always punctual, and they cleaned up well after their work. There were a few issues, like you'd expect with any task of this scope, but whenever anything came up they were able to correct it quickly.

The Re-Bath and Schicker teams both did an outstanding job! Sergio and Brian were very experienced and did an amazing job installing the shower! Marcos and Bob did an excellent job installing the door! The electricians were very experienced. Johnny did a wonderful job touching things up and was so professional! Everyone on the team was wonderful, including Zviad, Moe, Hina, T.C., and the staff on the phone! They were all very helpful, friendly and professional. The whole bathroom looks like a different room and I hardly recognize it when walking in! Thank you so much, everyone!

Go Re-bath! Mark's team were excellent and wonderful personalitities. The electrician, his assistant, and Craig, both Chads, Jesus were all great to work with and were all so knowledgeable in their particular jobs. Definitely 5 stars for sure!

Took 12 days instead of the quoted 5. The electrician and the main contractor were very good. Tiler was not good. I had to have him come back to make his work right. Since then the tile is lifting and there are places he didn't grout at all. The shower door was not installed well. It doesn't close all the way and the bolt on the bottom is loose. Way over priced.

Everything went very well. Our carpets were covered from the front entry to the bathroom, a fan was set up blowing out of the bathroom window so the rest of the house didn't get covered in dust. Never was there a big mess left in our yard. Every day when they left you would never have known they had been there. We only have one toilet so to be left without it for only 1 nite was very impressive. Our bathroom is the size of the standard tub in both directions (very small) They took out the tub and put in a beautiful walk in shower with grab bar soap dishes and an additional grab bar at the other end. I'm disabled so getting in an out of the tub was scary. Never again! I wish I could post a picture but the room is so small and everything is so shinny the pictures just don't come out.

This project was scheduled for two days from start to completion with a city permit. The team showed up with the permit, completed the job with city inspection flawlessly. All work was completed in two days! This is my second Re-Bath both have been fantastic!

Installer did a 1st class job ... very accommodating and trustworthy.... particularly impressed with the lifetime (and transferable) guarantee.

Three times during the work, I walked in and noticed contract miss-understandings and the ReBath crew rapidly (without pushback) made changes to pan size, wall height, and shower head position that greatly increased our satisfaction with the job (and only added $475 in cost). However, when I noticed that the new valve handle projected 3/8” out too far and the handheld was not the one we ordered, I just heard verbal digressions. And when I asked how the electrician would route the code-required dedicated circuit to our existing GFI receptacle, I was told he was “clever”. When the time came, he cleverly said it wasn’t really required, and gave no cost deduction. The building inspector sensibly just made sure the GFI was grounded. My advice: have contractors itemize additive costs for “required” electrical changes (e.g. occupancy sensors, dedicated GFI circuit, LED-only fixtures) and only install them if the building inspector decides they are needed. And make sure anything you really care about is written down clearly in the contract, not left to be decided during the work.

I was very pleased with the whole process. I had 2 bathrooms remodeled. I believe it only took about 8 days. The workers, were willing to answer questions and if they didn't know the answer would they would get the answer. They did a great job with the installations AND clean up. I am so glad they were referred to me.

The work went really well. Re-Bath is full service. They come to your home for all of the design work and selection of materials. I felt like this part was difficult in my home since the sample sizes were REALLY small and they didn't have a huge selection of options. However, I did go into the showroom to look at displays and larger samples and ended up making changes in my selections. I was so happy I did!! There was no issue with Re-Bath on my changes, they were very supportive and made all of my requested changes. I did feel a little pressured when signing the initial contract but I never felt out of control and I was able to review all of the costs with the consultant and we agreed on the final contract. While the consultation and selection process was a little difficult and a little pressured, the installation was great. The crew supervisor was so helpful and friendly and the crew workers were awesome. There were two big guys in our tiny little guest bathroom with the door closed! They were quiet, friendly, efficient and professional. The installation was really great. We love, love, love the finished product! The bathroom is beautiful and it was fully installed in about a week. Re-Bath handled all of the permitting and paperwork so we didn't have to hassle.

We had a tub and enclosure replaced. The project went as planned and on time. My wife loves her new bath. Couldn't be more pleased

The work went well. The quality of the work was very good and it was completed as scheduled.

There is no doubt in my mind that they'd do a beautiful job done to code that'll last, but MAAAAAN they're expensive! I think that's really my only complaint. I mean, an acrylic tub and surround/vinyl flooring shouldn't be $4500 more than an all-ceramic tile bathroom with a new steel tub. (I've had several quotes already from different contractors and just went through them to price compare.) I mean, $19k-$22k for a 5' x 8' bathroom! The visit with the estimator/salesman Patrick yesterday was great. (my dogs loved him too!) He did an excellent job presenting the process to me along with the materials that they would be using, helping to coordinate and match colors, etc. Be prepared to spend a couple of hours with the estimator, which I liked. It shows they want to be thorough. At the end of the visit, he showed me the price and I was a little taken back by it. He got a little pushy, asking a couple of times if I was willing to make a decision on it right then. (I can understand, he probably works on commission..) He offered an additional 5% off the price for paying cash/check but I had to explain that I never make a decision on the spot and always sleep on big purchases. He said he would email me the quote and left. Later, I received the emailed quote and saw that the combination medicine cabinet/mirror that we had discussed during the visit was not on the quote. There was a plain, wood-stained wall mirror on it instead. I emailed Patrick asking why it wasn't on the quote and also if the 18" x 24" void left in my wall would be patched over when the old medicine cabinet is removed. He apologized but he didn't indicate any correction to include the medicine cabinet/mirror I wanted, just confirmed that it was in fact, a simple wood framed mirror. In addition, he said it would be an extra $300 to patch the void over ($300 for an 18" x 24" hole????) but if I were to put a "ReBath" sign in my yard, he would knock another $200 off the price. I honestly felt a little insulted by that exchange and have decided to go with one of the other contractors that I have gotten a quote from. I emailed Patrick and thanked him for his time and declined to go with ReBath. I just feel that if you want someone to spend that much $$$$$$ on acrylic and vinyl, don't nickel and dime them to death on top of it.

Re-Bath converted my circa 1980s master bath into a shower. It looks amazing; a total transformation from pale yellow bathtub to white marble DuraBath surround with easy to clean glass doors. Wasn't sure about not using actual tiles but this looks great. Benito and Luis were both so nice, trustworthy, knowledgeable and worked incredibly hard. Although the cost is higher, Re-Bath makes the process easy by pulling the permits, organizing the entire process, manufacturing the shower and has a friendly, talented team for each phase. The 3-day project got more complicated by requirements from the inspector causing the ceiling of the floor below to be opened up to connect to a larger pipe. Benito & Luis ensured it was completed per WC regs., closed the opening with new dry wall & called to ensure a painter is coming out to repaint the affected area. So grateful to Benito & Luis for all their efforts, they make the 5 star experience.

It took way longer then promised. We were originally told certain things could be done that were not able to do. It turned out OK - we did things to make it better, but weren't happy with what we got for the outrageous amount we paid.

The installation went fine. The guys were very courteous and professional.

The final product is great. It was getting there that was hard. We were lead to believe the job would take three days. It ended up we couldn't use that bathroom for 10 or so days. There was a holiday during that time. Re-Bath did not tell us they would not be working the day after the holiday and I had my son stay home waiting for them to show up. The workers left cigarette butts in our driveway. They broke the toilet, didn't tell us they broke it and just replaced it. I had to ask the guy in charge, "so, when were you going to tell us you replaced the toilet". Not a big deal but the communication was very poor during the entire job. I think for the price we paid ($14K) that they should have provided some kind of compensation.

They ordered everything and when all the materials came in they got started. With all the demolition and cleaning it took about 8 or 9 days. All of the workers really knew their job, I could tell because if I had a concern they were always there to provide answers that made me feel comfortable. Even down to the Painter he did a excellent job. The only downside was after the bathroom was done I had to wait 3 weeks for them to cut the glass for the shower, but now that it is all done it was worth the wait. I'd like to thank personally Lynn, Scott and Mioses for such a good job! Wish I had written every ones name down but you too know you helped.

Excellent, this job went off without any problems. Workers were very professional and polite. I would recommend Rebath to family and friend.

Good job looks better than expected

This was a project I was dreading, but ReBath made the process so easy. From the in-home visit to select materials and do the measurements, to the professionals who replaced our shower/bathtubs, cabinets, flooring and completed the electrical upgrades, we were impressed. They arrived on time, kept the areas clean, and did one bathroom at a time to completion so our family always had a working bathroom. Gab and Antonio were a great team.

I'm so very happy. The bathroom is not only beautiful, but highly functioning. They use the best products and are very responsive. Everything is also easy to clean! I will absolutely recommend them to friends and business contacts. The products are easy to clean and saves on water usage.

At first I thought it was overly expensive, but it is so gorgeous, and the work was done so quickly that I'm not bothered by the cost any more. I had gone online to try to assess the general cost and found that as bathrooms go, it wasn't out of line. Ryann, the project leader, was so professional, respectful, and nice! A true gem!
