Description of Work: The provider was asked to quote for services. They responded back saying that someone will contact us and pay us a visit to give an estimate. 2 days later, i get an e-mail from Sales Rep?stating that "i think i have visited you in the past some years?and we are not taking any more customers for this year". i wasted 3 days hoping that i was dealing with a professional organization and not some home-run outfit where the sales man decided where and when they decide to go to work. Very UNRELIABLE, UNPROFESSIONAL and RUDE.
