+ -1 moreGreat company. Installed a new HVAC system for us. Everything was done on time, and they cleaned up after the work. The company followed up to insure we are happy with the system, which we are. The new type of Daikin condensers are quiet and have a nice appearance. Particular kudos to Jason Davis, one of the senior service techs.
Description of Work: Replaced a 27 year old system, which was on its last legs.

+ -1 moreThe work that we had planned to have done was done satisfactorily. However, in the course of doing the work the workman told us that our furnace had a serious problem that would cost $5,904 to repair. Before we had this done we contacted PG&E. After a thorough inspection the workman from PG&E told us that the furnace has no problems and that no work needed to be done.
Description of Work: We wanted to have a furnace tune up, safety inspection, and water heater duct inspection, as advertised by the provider

+ -1 moreThe Job went as they stated. smooth from start to finish, couldn't be happier. They went the extra mile when they seal a few holes around the crawl space where rodents could get in and vacuumed up all the little dropping. That wasn't included in my quote to begin with they just did and showed me pictures before and after. David, Gilbert, Doug, Moises and Mike were my installers they were great.
Description of Work: I had Mike from Perfect Star Heating and AC do a complete System change out Furnace, Air Conditioner and Ducts.

As he has worked toward owning his own company, we have continued to use him and his employees. We just got a new heating and air conditioning system from Perfect Star. Price is good. Equipment is high end. Customer service excellent. Employees very professional and knowledgeable. Our system went out in May when there were other "hot" customers and still excellent service across the board. It is very commendable that this company realizes how terrible it is to be hot.
