 + -1 moreExcellent job. Mr. Nguyen showed up on time for the estimate, gave me the estimate on the spot and started the job 2 days later. He removed/disposed of the waste lumber, and was done with the entire job in one day. No debris was left behind. He understood exactly what I wanted and did the job, no fuss, no muss. He works alone, so if you have a small job and don't want a lot of trampling going on, this is your man. The job was relatively roughed in, but all measurements exact, this is not the guy you want if you want fine finish work.
Description of Work: Mr. Nguyen removed a wooden wheelchair ramp that was no longer needed and recycled some of the lumber to replace the back porch railing. He then built a 3' high fence about 20' long to create a dog run. He also built a 2-foot access gate in the fence.

 + 1 moreI HAVE USED NGUYEN YARD WORK ON SEVERAL OCCASIONS. HE HAD IN THE PAST REPAIRED FENCING, BUT PREVIOUSLY HAD BEEN USED FOR YARD MAINTENANCE AND MOST RECENTLY FOR ADDITIONAL LANDSCAPING OF MY FRONT AND REAR YARD. HIS WORK IS GOOD AND HIS PRICING IS COMPETITIVE. I WILL USE HIM IN THE FUTURE.
Description of Work: MR. NGUYEN COMPLETED LANDSCAPING ON MY FRONT YARD. HE PUT IN BARK, TREES AND SHRUBS. HE HAS A FAMILY OWNED BUSINESS AND HAS ALWAYS BEEN RESPONSIVE TO OUR REQUESTS FOR MAINTENANCE.
