Description of Work: I am 60 years old and I paid extra to have to men move the furniture for me, and the day came to have them come out and I received a phone call that I will have to come home and unplug the tv's and move the tv's by myself. Nothing was said to me about unplugging the tv's and moving them by myself. We rescheduled the date then again I was called and I had to go down to the store and pay $200.00 to move 2 tv's after I already paid extra for moving the furniture.

+ -1 moreThey did a very good job; I needed it done quickly so they ordered the stuff immediately. They had to have a special liner underneath it because my HOA said it needed a liner underneath it, although we are on a ground floor. They are very accommodating, got it done quickly and did a very nice job. It only took them two-and-a-half days to do it. I will use them again in the future.
Description of Work: I used Pacific Coast Carpets to put in 1,160 feet of laminate floor.

+ -1 moreTHEY WERE VERY HELPFUL. WE PLACED THE ORDER OVER THE PHONE. THEY WERE FAST WITH THE DELIVERY AND WHEN THE WORKERS ARRIVED THEY WORKED VERY HARD AND THE JOB WAS DONE AT THE END OF THE DAY.
Description of Work: THE CARPET WAS REPLACED THROUGHOUT THE WHOLE HOUSE. WE HAD A FLOOD IN ONE ROOM AND THE WHOLE HOUSE HAD TO BE REPLACED.

+ -1 moreTHEY WERE ON TIME FOR ALL APPOINTMENTS WITH US. THEY DID A WONDERFUL JOB INSTALLING THE CARPET & IT LOOKS GREAT. THEY CLEANED UP WHEN THEY WERE DONE WITH EACH ROOM. THEY WERE VERY PROFESSIONAL & POLITE.
