+ -1 moreIt didn't go - please see above. Based on my past experience I'd consider using him again if I could find him.
Description of Work: I used this provider several years ago and was extremely pleased with him and with his work product. With that history, this year I contacted him concerning other fence work that needed to be done. I spoke with him on or about 3/1/13 and he explained he expected to be unavailable until around the first of May, and we agreed I'd follow up with him during May as our work was not urgent. I tried to reach him on 6/17 and left a message on his voicemail. asking him to call me. Not hearing from him I called again the morning of 7/23, and the phone rang many times with no answer and no message machine response. I tried again that afternoon with the same result. As I'm writing this review on 9/27/13 I tried him again with phone ringing 10 times with no answer. I can only assume he's no longer in business or has changed his phone number to something other than that listed on the Angie's List site.

+ -1 moreI thought they are great. The gentleman that owns the company, Val, was very informative. He seemed to know everything there is to know about fences and wood. I really thought highly of him in his expertise. He showed up when he said he would. He gave me good information and his price was right. I got 3 bids and his wasn't quite the best, but it was close to the best so I really thought good about it. Everything was good. There wasn't a bad part in it. He thought the fence might fall over sooner before he could get to fix it so he came out within a couple of days and propped it with some steel rebar just to keep it in place before he could fix it. I thought that was really nice.
Description of Work: Natural Beauty Fence came out about 5 to 6 weeks ago and replaced 5 posts on a good neighbor fence, one that goes through my yard and my next door neighbor's. They replaced the posts, sunk them in concrete, and shored up the fence again.

+ -1 moreIt is a one owner business. It is a small business. The owner gave me a very good price. He was very prompt. He did a nice clean job. I was completely happy with him. I would use his service in the future too.
