Description of Work: Had to use the selfcontained unit since I'm too far from the street to connect to their van. They came by to confirm the distance and then rescheduled for the actual job. Very happy with quality of work, price and taking on the special needs of the location.

+ -1 moreOur experience with them turned out very well. They did a good job. The cost came about $300 including steps and moving some furniture. They were thorough in their estimate. I think the price was lower than the others we had a quote from. They were on time.

+ 0 moreExcellent - I have a small place and the cleaning only took about an hour. They did not charge extra for the pre-spotting or moving of furniture.
Description of Work: Owner run business, very professional and very good price. I wanted to use a local company and not just one of the big companies. Would use this company again.

+ -1 moreThey were recommended by my neighbor who is in the carpet business. I liked them. It's a small operation. When I called him, I got a voice mail. The guy called me back in about 10 minutes after I had placed the call. He gave me a quote over the phone for what I was looking for. He showed up on time when he said he would be here. He did some extra work on one area that needed some extra cleaning. I ended up paying exactly what he told me it was going to cost when we talked about it on the phone. He cleaned up some areas that were pretty soiled that hadn't been cleaned for a long time. I thought he did a pretty good job of cleaning it all up. Overall, I was very pleased with the work that they did. Apparently, it's a father and son operation. I don't think it's a very large company. The father takes the calls and the son comes out and does the work. I thought it was a fair price. I was impressed with their responsiveness. He said he would be here at a certain time and he showed up right on time. There was no re-negotiating the price. When I told him I would pay extra if there was a really bad spot, he said that it was not a problem and that when they quoted a price they would do it for us. They were very professional. My wife is in hospital for long term care and I need to downsize as I am in the process of selling the house. I plan to get them do the upstairs for me once I get it cleaned out and get the excess furniture out.
Description of Work: Miracle Carpet Cleaning cleaned the carpet in the downstairs area that included the family room and a portion of the living room and the dining room.

+ -1 moreMIRACLE CARPET WAS VERY PROFESSIONAL AND ON TIME. THEY WERE FAST, FRIENDLY AND THE CARPETS LOOK GREAT. THE STAFF IS ALL ABOUT CUSTOMER SERVICE. THEY WANT THE CUSTOMER TO BE HAPPY. THEY DID A GREAT JOB.
